This office is the worst. They never answer the phone and when you go there, they can't tell you where you mail is.

The postal service is the worse. It saddens me that a crisis a pandemic is the crutch for the slackers to not do their job I'm a grandmother raising 2 of my special needs grandsons and receive stipend for them monthly. I have informed delivery and its been in the mail needing to be delivered since Monday. It was a holiday but what's the excuse now that mail is needed to feed my grandsons and to maintain a stable and safe home. Impossible if I can't get my mail. I live in village Upton of my block gets their mail however my end and 4th st and Patrick Henry haven't received mail since last Thursday. And not allowed to pick up given the run around and lies..
Please help somebody anybody!!!

this post office is a piece of poop and liars, when i called yesterday because my phone was suppose to be delievered , well it wasn't then they said today and still not, i even told them i need it today because of health isuse

I get my mail maybe twice a week if im lucky and they never take the mail i clearly put a note saying who lives here but keep leaving and when i try to return it sits for days literally im not getting my mail in time its getting out hand

We are not getting our mail!!! It's showing it's at your facility but not delivered. What is going on we need our mail. I know there is a pandemic going on, but some of us are counting on the mail for unemployment, tax refunds, help from family members etc... to help us get through Please address this issue ASAP. I have been having the same issue with little to NO contact from the branch. Every time I call them, no one answers. The mailman lost the key to my apartment building about FOUR WEEKS ago, and the post office has done absolutely NOTHING about it since then, even though I have contacted them via their online complaint form MULTIPLE times.
