Worst mail delivery ever. Was tracking my prescription. Tracking said that it was delivered but never got it. Post office says that it was delivered. I guess it was, but NOT TO MY HOUSE. I rented a post office box in hopes that it would solve the problem but it took longer to get my mail there. I still live in Brooklyn MD but I have my mail sent to my daughter's address in Glen Burnie MD. Much better service.
You all suck. I signed up for my mail to see what is coming your driver just went pass 4 homes and never left anything. I was one of the houses. I had 4 letters coming. I'm not getting any mail for days but I get the emails from the post office. Someone isn't doing there job right and I'm tired of not getting my bills. I guess it's lawyer time. This is costing me money with late fees. Because of stupid people!!
I ordered a package 3 months ago and have yet to receive it. I spoke with the seller and they assured me the package has been sent without error on their end, and that it must be a problem with my local post office. I have tried to contact them but no one answers.
Purchased vehicle in March. Transfered tags to new vehicle. Temporary registration has expired. MVA says it mailed new registration on April 21. Had to go to MVA kiosk and purchase a replacement i.e. copy. Where is my hard copy of my registration.
I've been waiting for mail to show up at my house that was mailed to me from Annapolis on the 24th of March it is very important I get this mail yet there aren't carriers in Brooklyn Park for some reason everyday I'm also waiting for an IRS paper both of these are important to me. I would like to know what the problem is and how I can pick my mail up there cuz I'm pretty sure it's sitting in the post office in Brooklyn Park

Teach your carriers to close gates. If it has a beware of dog sign you might want to close the damn gate behind you. Not that hard. Keeps you from being bit and keeps me from chasing after my dog.
This pist office is the worst they have stolen at least 3 packages belonging to me from the different companies here's is there scam every time I spoke with someone the say the address on the front was wrong but the tracking number did not match okay three different times bunch of thieves done use this post office to get packages
I have an elderly Aunt who lives in Brooklyn Park. Twice in the last six months my mother and I have sent cards and in one case a check to my Aunt that she never received, I went online to complain about missing mail but the system is not working. I read reviews on the Post Office in Brooklyn Park and was overwhelmed with the high number of complaints about the 16th Ave USPS location that goes back at least one year. I read the reviews and everyone has the same issue not receiving mail and rude mail employees at location. The overall rating for this post office location is 1.4 out of 5. Now once again I have to pay my Bank $12.00 to stop payment on a check I sent my Aunt that she never received. As a retired Federal employee I am clearly upset that the USPS Postal Service has not investigated this post office for negligence of their duties.
my redelivery mail was not delivered today 5/29/2018 as requested comp.# car72989692.tried to contact usps brooklyn-curtis bay at 4:35pm but could not reach anyone. this must be why the usps isn't working...
