Whoever is delivering your mail with the buzz cut is an ass hat. I go to get my mail and he is loading up the mailboxes. I’m standing behind him and and him if he would mind if I got my mail. (You know? Takes me 2 seconds to grab the mail instead of waiting 30 min). The first times I asked this clown couldn’t hear me because he is listening to whatever with his fancy AirPods. Then I politely asked again and he rudely said “what do you want?” Then I asked again and he turned his back on me. Turns around and says hurry up. What a hire. I understand that he hates his job but like cmon. It’s not like you get paid more for delivering more mail. And if that is the case, maybe take the air pods out and focus up bot boy.

I have been using the Blum Street office the entire time I have lived in Bel Air. 43 years. I have never had a bad experience either your counter staff nor delivery people. I am amazed by the negative reviews below. I am sure the people who wrote these reviews are the problem. Working with the public for 30 years I can vouch for the fact that many of the members of the public are rude and unkind. I always treated them respectfully and most of the time they go away calmed down.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! When the employee yells at the customer for checking a price of a package and complains “great now I got a line, and what do you think it’s cost to go to SC”. I asked her name and she said “Lisa and L I S A”. This should not be tolerated! I am going further up the chain.

Had a terrible experience with one of the workers today. I had previously gone to the post office 2 weeks ago, with a completed invitation- I asked the worker to let me know what postage I needed for it. She weighed it, told me I needed the 70 cent stamp, and I purchased them. Perfectly pleasant. I went to the post office last week and dropped off 80 invitations. Handed them to a worker, she weighed them and I was good to go. Great. Went to the post office today to mail an additional 6 invitations. The postal worker was terrible- immediately told me with an attitude "uhhhh-- you're short on postage. You need 30 cents more." I asked her why, and she told me "because they're heavy and don't bend". I asked her to explain, because I had specifically purchased the larger stamp, as I was instructed. She said "well they don't bend, so they can't go through the machine". I informed her that I had dropped off 80 of them last week and they were mailed without issue. She said I could take my chances and put them in the drop box outside, but they'd probably arrive with postage due. She offered absolutely no other solution. I had mentioned that I thought she was the one who I gave the 80 invites to last week, and was rudely informed that she NEVER used a different terminal so it must have been another worker that looked like her- which is fine, my mistake. But as I am walking away, she loudly mocks my mistake to her coworker for all in the lobby to hear. I also would find it INSANE that it would cost me 1$ per invite to mail (70 cent stamp and 30 extra cents). It is frustrating that I specifically went to the post office, waited in line, to have a postal worker inform me what postage I needed. I followed their instructions, only to later be told by a different worker that it is incorrect. The postal worker was argumentative and offered no solution other than "taking my chances". I did not have additional stamps with me, and she did not offer to sell me any or offer to let me pay the $1.80 outright.

I live in a house with multiple roommates. I barely know them. The post office allowed one to stop all mail coming to the house, even the mail not in her name. It then allowed her brother who i have never ever met, to PICK UP my mail and hold it in his car. I haven’t had my mail in a month. I was a first time voter this year - and did NOT receive my mail in BALLOT. This is completely ridiculous. I was reaching out to sellers and asking for refunds since delivery services here typically worked. I’ve been calling the post office and cannot speak to one person - just unhelpful robot voice recording. Truly the worst service ever. These are my belongings that you have allowed others to take.

I returned a package during Covid. They advised me to leave it on the counter. The retailer did not get the return. I called the post office and basically told me I was out of luck. People wonder why the government wants to reduce funding. Customer service is clearly not important.

We are a new Condo Development and we have three buildings, 900, 901 and 902. Lately our mail is arriving late and on several occasions the mail is getting mixed up with other buildings when the address is cleared printed on the mail. This issue is getting to be an issue, especially when most of us that purchased one of these Condos live on a fixed income and our daily mail becomes a vital necessity to us. How can we help you getting the correct mail delivered to the proper recipient and what can we do to get our mail delivered at a reasonable time? Please help our community and dependency of our USMail! Regards, Hilary Klug, 901 MacPhail Woods Crossing, Unit 2J Bel Air Md 21015. Thank you....

On Thursday July 20th a package was left at the end of our driveway, in view of the world, instead of either on a front porch or back porch. The package was in the center of the driveway and was a bit heavy so if there was any wind it could not have blown there. In the past packages were left in front of our garage doors out of sight. What is going on?

On two separate occasions, my packages were indicated as delivered to my mailbox. However, they were not there. Within minutes of them dropping off only the regular mail, I called the post office to have the carrier to return. I really wonder why this happens?

Can you ask your letter carriers to be conscience of where they leave packages at the front door, perhaps place them on the side of the porch and not directly in the middle of the top step where it can be viewed from all the way down the street. Thank you

Today I was walking with a family member in our development and one of your postal trucks, driven by a female drive, failed to stop at the stop sign at the corner of Vermont and Fairmont dr, made a sharp right turn and we had to step up onto the curb/grass to void being hit. We were on the side of the road walking toward traffic as we should. If this had been a child and not 2 adults the outcome could have been very different. Tell your drivers to obey the law and be more careful

called this morning to ask about having a package delivered to the Bel Air office because in Pylesville Md me and some of my neighbors have had problems with mail coming to the right address for years, I was told with a real snippy attitude that they wont do that unless I have a p.o box, that person needs to drop the attitude !

I put my mail on vacation hold. I have a confirmation number. I call the post office and get a constant busy signal. I call the 880# and they won't answer that either. It's time for the USPS to go away. Their service is worse than any commercial endeavor I've ever dealt with. All they do is whine. So how do I get my mail?

Our carriers in Brentwood Park are rude and argumentive. We have limited parking on the courts and they won't deliver the mail. Then if you walk out to their vehicle to get the mail from them the carrier throw insults at us and argue about the parking rules....which every time they are wrong. They don't even know the laws.

The workers at this post office are the most ignorant rude obnoxious people I have ever met. I have no idea how they still have jobs there. Every time I go there they make ignorant comments and degrade their customers. I now drive 20 minutes further to go to a different postal service in order to get decent customer service.
