I placed some orders through a company I deal with regularly. They sent confirmation that my packages were delivered. That was October 8th, 2020. It is now November 19th, 2020 and I still have not received my packages. Now they were paid for, it is past the refund stage, there was nothing dangerous or illegal, so why am I still waiting for my packages that were delivered 6 weeks ago? Are you going to refund my money? It seems my packages just disappeared when it got to you.
My mail is not being delivered -the important things like bills, documents, cards, my voting ballot are sent back to the sender with a sticker that says "return to sender not deliverable as addressed- unable to forward" I lived here at the same place for over 10years and the address on my non deliverable mail is correct . (I get junk mail!!)
What's wrong?
Did you ever figure it out? In currently dealing with something similar.

I sent a package on the 10th of December and it arrived at P.O. by the 16th but last name didn't match.they said they were returning it to me but it has never left the East Central St P.O. but they claim now they can't find it. This is bullcrap!
I can NEVER rely on the Worcester USPS to deliver my mail in a consistent manner, -or even AT ALL- sometimes....
they'll just skip right over our street some days.
asking the neighbors about it, they're as confused by this. had the problem a few years ago, turns out they're pulling the old tricks again.
had my passport picture taken at the Worcester Post Office, I was charged $15. two weeks later I received a letter from the United States Agency of Passports, stating the photo was not acceptable b/c of the measurements and the resolution. Really? I'm so upset, you would think the individuals taking the photos are trained. I had to go to Walgreen's and re take photo.
I have been using the USPS services forever to mail items I sell online. People complain about price increases...well, try using another mail service and you'll pay MUCH more! They are the most cost efficiant way to send mail and my mail always reaches it's destination on time (and in the rare instances when it doesn't, they are extremely helpful in helping me track it down), and in perfect condition.
I mostly use the office on Main Street in Worcester and the clerks there are friendly and helpful-always! Good Job Everyone!
I live on Coburn ave. in Worcester. i'am sick and tired of getting my neighbors mail. why do i ? can't the mailman read, whats going on. iam constantly getting other peoples mail. and where is my mail going. if i don't get bills i can't pay them if i can't pay them they go against my credit. or i can get my utilities turn off. and you people wander why you might go out of business.
