Stoneham Post Office window clerk Tammy. Someone who HATES her job. She is defiant, condescending, and RUDE. She purposefully placed my change on the counter so I could not reach it (I am not quite 5’) with joint RA. I politely said I can’t reach my change and her response was “ Now you know how it feels”. I did not know that I had placed the bill I put on the counter at a distance she was uncomfortable with, had she asked to push it forward I gladly would have complied. The were a few other tidbits of rudeness that I will not include as this message would be far longer than it already is. There are numerous Stoneham residents who have experienced Tammy’s rude comments and behavior. We ALL would be obliged if the Stoneham Post Office (Postmaster?) would remove this woman from representing the face of the postal service in our town and have someone who enjoys interacting with us residents and treating us with care and kindness.

I have experienced the same rude attitude from mist of the P.O employees. I know a 100 people who would take there jobs on a heartbeat!!!. Like you said if you hate your job that much quit. Don't tourtue the paying customers. We pay theirs salaries as well. Which I remind them when I receive poor service!!!

Couldnt be ruder! Being fully aware that a customer has rushed to get there on an early closing day, the blonde female postal employee, sees a person waving a p o box key running up the stairs... She rushrs away from the door and closes the inside door and blocks the upper window partition so you can't see them. It was just completely rude! We all work hard long days and most of us have gone out of our way to support the post office, especially during these difficult times.
