Hi I own the Cider Mill and OMG in Sterling, I want a new delivery person, he is the worst and I have been silent but not any more! I was sworn at by him and I have had it!!! I also supposedly rec'd a notice to pick up a package on Nov 11 and I never got it, again I have had it!!! The tracking number is 9407809699938919951771. This package is to be delivered after 11am when we are open and the person working can sign, her name is Jeanne.

With all due respect Cheryl, the postal carrier's route generally takes him past your location before 11 am. Therefore, you are not available to sign for your parcels. Postal procedure is to leave a notification that you can either go to the post office (which is right around the corner from you) or sign the notification and leave it for the carrier to scan so he can deliver your parcel the next day. You say you did not receive the notice, but are you aware that you can also sign up for notifications on your phone/laptop so that as soon as a parcel is scanned you will know it's whereabouts? It's simple. He has over 500 customers to service in a day and cannot wait for you to arrive at 11 am. Also, I am highly skeptical that this carrier would swear at anybody. It's not his style. He is now retired though so maybe you'll adjust to a new carrier even though he/she will be working under the same US policies and pressures.
