February 11 boxed delivery merely dumped on the snowbank close to the mailbox instead of delivering to the house which was clear of snow and no ice to access.

I have a major complaint. New mail person not using a mask or gloves and today when he went to put in my mail, he touched his nose afterwards in his truck before riding off to next mailbox. Why aren't postal employees "required" to wear gloves and mask and stay away from face! This does not comply with the state and federal rules regarding COVID-19 safety.
