Tired of mail being shoved in box making it difficult to get out! Today red flag was broken off. Why? It’s not going to get fixed by them

Unbelievable. Can’t just forward mail. Husband went to post office to forward mail. Person at post office gave him WRONG form for FORWARD. Forward 3 weeks later and no mail. I called post Office and they said mail was being delivered Daily to other address. I said ok . I have a person who picks it up if anything is at Rochester address. Ok. Except according to my person picking up mail - no mail! So husband calls PO and they then say you filled out HOLD instead of FORWARD. He Asked for Forward card. Such a mess! Still no mail. What is the problem? Do you hire incompetent people or are your procedures wrong are you just not functional. Absolutely dismayed.
