The employees at this post office are awesome! they do their best and provide great service always and are helpful especially with people that are new..to package and shipped an item.. I'm friendly with most of the people up front and they're always willing to help and have been patient and taught me the things I know to ship my 60 plus packages a month.. thanks for your outstanding help!

My package was to be delivered on December 24 2016. I cancelled all my appointments and stayed home all day for these packages to be delivered. To my surprise when I checked my email around 12pm, I realized there has been an attempted delivery, I went downstairs to check and the mail person just left a slip without attempting to deliver the package and the pack up date on the slip was December 24 2016. What baffles me is how can pickup date be the 24 when the post office closes at 12pm. So someone couldn't be bothered to deliver the package and just came inside the apartment just to drop the slip.

I wish to complain about the carrier that delivered mail in Westwood, MA Highland Glenn Senior Housing on August 29th. Mail was put into wrong mail boxes that day causing a stressful situation to the residents.

Worst post office service. Only one custumer representative to take care of a large line, i have come mid morning twice in a row to pick up a package.
