Everytime I have a package come through the USPS it NEVER COMES. It always says delivered in mailbox but it's NEVER THERE. Yet there's another package sitting on my porch so don't think it was stolen by a third party or my neighbors as they would have taken the other one too. Seems like the mail carrier is saying they delivered the package and just not delivering. I'm so fed up with this crap.

Lousy service, the person speaking to me did not understand what I was asking, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, I was put on hold for 25 minutes, no one ever answered the phone. Looking at the other reviews, I believe everyone in this office should be fired and replaced with someone that wants to do their jobs. I now wonder if the carrier stole the package I never received, because the excuse the girl gave me made no sense at all.

I had an item shipped to my home that has mysteriously become available for pickup. There were people home all day when the item was expected for delivery. They never attempted to deliver it and now expect me to go pick up something they were paid to deliver. Naturally, they have made it very difficult to contact them.

Called to speak with someone, and Ken hung up on me three separate times. I started to speak, and then disconnected. I called back, and when I said, "Hi Ken! Looks like we were disconnected." It disconnected mid-sentence. Then a third time. I am pretty upset because I'm calling about a diploma being folded, when it was in packaging that said "Do not fold"

I called customer service for issues on a package that stated was delivered but yet I didn’t receive... was told that the wait was between 40-50 minutes and I ended up waiting 1hr and 19 minutes and got hung up on... I have screenshots... I decided to try from my house phone advised 30-40 hold.. also was over 45 mins with no answer...

VERY disappointed in the customer service at the Lowell office. My boyfriend went two days in a row to get his passport (mind you he already has his pictures taken and the form filled out) and was turned away both days when he was there by 3:15. Posting "acceptance hours" as 4:00pm and then turning people away at 3:15 TWO DAYS IN A ROW is not ok. People work all day and rush there to get things done but are told they can't. When I called the Lowell office and spoke to a Peter asking why someone is turned away at 3:15, I was told that if the guy is slow processing them and a line starts to build they stop taking customers and that I'm more than welcome to go on a Saturday to get a passport (but who knows what time customers would stop being taken then too). It's not my problem that a line starts to build, in fact it's your own problem a line starts to build considering you turn people away days in a row therefor making your own backup in customers. Will definitely never be going to the Lowell office for anything ever again.
