Disculpen he tenido problemas con in correo express, que envie Dresden Los Angeles Calif. entrega que tenian que firmer , si no regresarla, La envie el Sabado 14/8/21, se me dijo que seria entregado Lunes 16/8/21 , a las 6 pm, luego rastree el sober LEGO a Boston Ma . 6,45am, y dicen que la entregaron 9.45 am, no esposible si no esta registrara y son miles de correo que llega, luego que la recibio la persona y firmo, y hoy que sella pusieron en el buzon por la pandemia, que no tienen mascara , y no entregaron nada,he llamado 5 veces cadaver voz que solo que ya se entregaron, no es verdad era,es in documento importance, no les importa nada quire on de regreso mi paquete, Les deje mi numero de Telefono hoy hace 7 dias

I have a problem with the postman that does the Waterloos St route. He cuts through my yard, yet he complains if my dog starts barking at him. Today, he started swearing at me because my dog was outside, in my yard, while he cut through it, instead of using the street. This is not the first time he's done it, either. I'm pretty sure he's the same guy that "delivered" a package that went missing at Christmas. I don't appreciate being treated like that by anyone. I'm sure you have a code of conduct for your employees. He needs a refresher course.

I used this postal office to ship out an expensive and sentimental item to one of my customers and it was destroyed/damaged. i am not pleased and very upset. the usps employee was bitter and rude andn sarcastic and when i asked for a fragile sticker, she smirked at me and made me very uncomfortable.
