Hello Dear USPS Essential Workers, Please know I am an elderly disabled lady who lost her apartment and mailbox keys Saturday evening in CVS Pharmacy or on my way there and back... CVS has not had anyone turn them in, as of yet! It's hopeful that whomever found them may have dropped them into a mailbox - If you found any keys please email me. It would be ever-so appreciated. Thank you for all your services to our communities.

I thank the Geenfield post office for following up on my note that detailed the garbled address created by a vendor I tried for the first time. After the fact I learned the web site Wish is unreliable. I had posted a complaint on sitejabber that garnered 33,600 Views. The first of what was 5 packages, with the diligence of the Geenfield post office came in today, 7-8-20. This is about 5 months after my orders where placed. Again I appreciate the local post office going the proverbial extra mile.

All of a sudden our carriers are stupid and lazy. On a single day he brings an armload of mail to my door, our of this one item is marked, on line, "no access cannot be delivered" the other is marked "moved, left no address ", what is wrong with these fools? Usps must have started hiring idiots, no I have to fix some lazy jerks mistakes.

I have only the most positive things to say about both my local carrier and also the exceedingly helpful (and engaging) postal clerks operating out of the otherwise very busy post office on Main Street in Greenfield. If everyone in our government worked as hard and as seemingly happily as these folks our great nation would be thriving indeed- thank you for making the already challenging task of sending packages to loved ones easy!

My husband and I submitted a change of address form back in JUNE, yet we are still spending $ to have our mail forwarded by a friend. What does it take to you to follow your own rules? I have tried calling and the first call got me a hold time in excess of 1 hour! The next number I tried got a response telling me that the # was no longer in service. Don't you update your website?? I am disgusted and still waiting for proper mail delivery.

My neighbors and I want our mail NOW! Spoiled mail carrier said they couldn't walk on the city sidewalk because "leaves were obstructing path". Leaves were obstructing path? LEAVES?! The path was visible, walking traffic had cleared most of it (and compacted), and unjustly just withheld mail without even NICELY suggesting the sidewalk be cleared. Just stopped delivering mail. Hacks.

What is with putting mail in post boxes so late?? How do you expect anyone to do business in town when mail is not available until 11:45 am? Typical union hacks.
