Isn't your motto "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." Then why isn't mail being delivered? Why are our packages not treated with care? The roads are not always clean nor pristine but mail is delivered, however if one doesn't feel like traveling down a residents driveway to deliver mail out of laziness (they have admitted that they didn't want to because they didn't want to get out of their mail carrier), why are we, the residents being ignored? Why is there no answer when we, the residents, complain? Why?

Package was not delivered down the driveway. Apparently this is a reoccurring issue for years and nothing is being done about it.

Mail person literally did 30 mph up my driveway so they could throw packages at my garage door. Then barreled back down my driveway to Throw rear of my mail in mailbox. Folded the envelopes that had in big bold letters “PHOTOS DO NOT FOLD”. $100 worth of photos destroyed who is paying for that?????????? Clearly you do not have to be good at your job to get your paycheck.

I just wanted to commend your Postmaster on an excellent job regarding the recent visit by a civil rights activist filming your postal facility by the name Press NH Now. It is so glaringly sad that you aren't a very small percentage of the entire nations postal facilities who are even simply aware of Poster 7 and the rules regarding your employment. So many times I have watched videos producing such ill informed postal workers. You were a breath of fresh air and deserve recognition! Thank you. By the way, I am from NJ so your excellent actions are being watched far andcwide. Thank you once again!

had a package delivered by usps. The driver left it t end of driveway let Friday when we had a snow storm. The town plow swept it up and it is somewhere down the road in a pile of snow. Needless to say it is ruined. Who would leave a cardboard box at end of driveway in the middle of a snow storm. Oh and my driveway was clear so he or she could have pulled in easily.

Some really lazy postal delivery workers out there. Can’t pull in a driveway. Plow your front yard I suppose

I live on 36 Batchelor street. USPS many times leaves packages leaned up against the garage door rain or shine, Why so it can run over when door is opened, Today I ran it over before I saw it. A porch is only 10 feet away. All other UPS, FedEx, Amazon leave packages on the porch. Please make it SOP not to leave anyones package against a garage dooor.

Hello, I am writing this review today because I am extremely disappointed with the mail carrier that delivered our mail today. I live on Lyn Drive and I was taking my dog outside when I heard a mail truck coming around the bend of my street very fast. I quickly brought my dog in, knowing that he would try to chase after the truck, but since I heard how fast the carrier was going i decided to wait and watch to see if their speed was innapropriate for a residential neighborhood going mailbox to mailbox. As soon as mail was dropped off in each mailbox the mail carrier sped up to about 20mph between each mailbox. Lyn Drive is a quiet street, but there are a lot of kids and dogs that walk the neighborhood. I would really like this issue to be addressed for the safety of the residents and their pets that live on Lyn Drive. Going that speed is completely uncalled for and should result in a written warning. I would like to receive an email in return so I will know that this issue has been addressed. Thank you.
