I’ve never had reason to question my postal service, until now. My mail is being delivered after 8 PM. It’s totally dark and unsafe for this 80-year-old man to walk down to the street. So my mail sits outside all night subject to the weather and vulnerable to theft. This is certainly an unhappy situation.

We love our postie! (I believe his name is Lee, or Ive been calling him the wrong name for years!) Have lived in Franklin since 2014 and have always gotten a smile, wave, and friendly "Hello." Thank you Franklin letter carriers for all you do! You are appreciated!!!

I ordered a package on Jan. 16. The Seller said that she got a notice that it was delivered . However, Today is Jan. 31st. and I have yet to see this package. I am getting tired of late deliveries. This happens quite often and I am wondering what is happening at this Post Office. This is quite upsetting.

The mail carrier has not been picking up outgoing mail. My neighbor vented to me last week that her incoming mail was put on top of her outgoing mail. Now I'm experiencing the same problem. I've had three pieces of outgoing mail sitting in my mailbox for multiple business days with my red flag up indicating I have things to be picked up. Today the mail carrier not only didn't pick them up, but incoming mail including packages was stuffed in such a way that my outgoing envelope was ripped. Now I have to put the item in a new envelope and waste another stamp, as well as go out of my way to the post office because I can't trust the mail carrier to do their job.

Mail delivered today [8/25/18] was mixed up again. I received mail for 62 and 64 Stone Ridge Road. I'm at 61. This problem had occurred some months ago when Mike was injured. Today's mail was not delivered my Mike but by a tall thin young man. This is not tolerable. I don't know if my mail ended up with someone else.

Mail is always in wrong mailbox and I don't get it from neighbors for weeks and my credit card payment was late!!! Switch to mobile online payments but I shouldn't have to do that as I don't trust the internet !!!!

Worst postal service I've ever dealt with! They are lazy and rude!! Franklin needs to fire the disease and hire people who value their jobs.

My mail man SUCKS. I had a package due at my house and "supposedly he was here at 330" and no one was here to sign for it which is BULL CRAP cuz I was home at that time! I didnt even receive a knock at the door or a ring!! I have been expecting this package for weeks and now THIS is an inconvenience as the office doesn't open until 830 and I will be gone at 7 and wont be back until after CHRISTMAS!!! These guys JUST RUINED my christmas!!! THAT PACKAGE WAS A PRESENT FOR MY SON AND THEY WERE TOO FREAKIN LAZY TO KNOCK OR RING THE DOORBELL!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I am speaking for my neighbors as well as myself on this issue. There is a mail person who has a habit of delivering our mail and failing to close the mailbox doors. This leaves our bills and other important mail volnerable to the the elements and well as just getting blown out and lost. I am not going to name our street in Franklin at this time in hopes that these comments are heard and taken seriously. I dont think that it is too much to ask to do a job the right way if you took it upon yourself to apply for it. Please take more pride in doing a complete job. Almost our entire street has mailbox doors left open right now once again and the neighborhood is getting tired of it. Please press this important issue.
