I tried calling my local Post Office to inquire about a change of address request. The person on the other end immediately placed me on hold, where I sat for 11 minutes until I hung up. Unacceptable level of service!

Once again the mail system has failed,, this time they did not deliver our mail nor the package. The package on the computer says it was delivered, but yet no package was delivered. And we where home all day. Also the wrong mail was sent in the box that was not even listed on my USPS web email.. This is not the first time this has happened and we are not satisifed with the mail system.

I am extremely upset that 2 packages were left on the ground below our mailbox on the curb! Open in plain view for any passer-by to take. What is worse is that the mail man entered status as "packages placed "in" mail box"! Deceptive and unacceptable!

We went here on 11/7/17 to apply for a passport for our teenage daughter, and the postal employee was extremely helpful, thorough, and patient. We had an appointment which was helpful because he was able to answer all our questions. He was the only person working at the time, but still was very thorough in making sure everything was filled out correctly. He also made photo copies of our licenses that we forgot to include in our paperwork. Thank you !!!!
