Routinely terrible. The postmaster was awful. When My mailbox and post were damaged by a carrier, she said that is was ok to her satisfaction.Ukranian woman is flat out bombastic. She thinks that her job is to shout down customers. 3 times this wk and the same last wk I complete request for pickup..the truck just goes by. Tried calling the 800##, long auto msg; write report and you'll back in 3 days??? Called the EB PO all day/just get busy signal!

Visited the Broad street postal location on 9/22/22. The man behind the counter was very helpful and courteous. I was able to get my issue resolved and received no attitude.

On Tuesday this week (1/18/22) I was expecting a delivery via USPS. The package contained very valuable (and expensive) material. I waited at my house all afternoon to be sure to meet the driver at the truck. I have ordered materials like this before and they are always brought to my front door by the driver. The expected delivery time came and went. I checked the tracking report and it said: "Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 12:50 pm on January 18, 2022 in EAST BRIDGEWATER, MA 02333. The item was signed for by E FREY." I assure you that this is patently false. I checked all around my house and it was nowhere to be found. At 7:30pm I drove down my driveway which is almost two tenths of a mile long and found the package in my mailbox. Not exactly secure as it is a standard road-side rural box. Had it been stolen I would have had no way of proving that it wasn't received by me. When your drivers are asked to request a signature, isn't that what they do? I'm very disappointed in this performance. "Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail shall keep the postmen from their appointed rounds". Bologna. A warm seat in a truck will keep them cozy. We had the postal person in. Mike , unfortunetly he retired. You replaced him with wonderful women. She is absolutely fantastic. I can't thank you enough for keeping her on board. Her "on stage performance is phenomenal" . She 's one that has the potential to achieve greater things. Thank you for her!

We just moved here a year ago. I found the people at the East Bridgewater Post Office to be very friendly and very helpful every time I went in for something. In my complex, we have a mail stop with a locked delivery box for each home. There is a large box for packages and the key is left in your box. In the event those large boxes are filled and our letter carrier has another package, they always drive to that address in the complex and drop it off directly. They could return it to the post office and deliver it the next day but they do not do that here. They take the few minutes to bring it to the home. We appreciate the great service we get and the friendly people we have met at this post office. This entire town is like this. We love it here. Best move we ever made. We are going to enjoy our retirement years for sure.

My mailman won't attempt a delivery when a car is near the mailbox. Many times he simply turns around and drives away never making an attempt to deliver because from a distance he might SUSPECT the mailbox is blocked but in fact it is not. My wifes grandfather worked for USPS and he deliver no matter what. My neighbors complain about the same driver. Kenny is his name. Nice guy but he does not do the company justice. Lazy.

I've been shopping Amazon for years but since they have gone to USPS for package delivery I need to reconsider. I am sick and tired of having my packages STUFFED into my mail box and crushed. MAIL carriers are evidently too lazy to walk up to the house and deliver like UPS or FedEx does and they don't mind destroying property both mail boxes and packages. I really wish you Amazon would drop their service before I have drop Amazon. I got a larger mailbox to accommodate small packages so they just stuff larger packages. POOR POOR POOR DELIVIER. They should stick with what they can do deliver envelopes.

By the way you can call Amazon not to use usps services so you prefer UPS or FedEx.

I was shown on email that my package was delivered to the East bridgewater post office .I went there to ask them nicely if they could see if it was available for me to take instead of waiting for it to get delivered to me tomorrow ? because it was something important I wanted to give my son . the lady was rude and wouldn't even check to see if it was off the pallet !!! Ugh Why can't people just be nice and go the extra mile once in a while !? Specially on the holiday season

Everyday usps has almost thousand Pacakages drop off at the office station, eventhough it said arrived, they just scan the sticker out side the shrink wrap pallet arrived and basically your package has not finish sorting to the carrier.
