For the past few days I have gotten everyone on my streets mail but mine. 4 different address today. I tried calling no one answers. But this is getting to much 1 here and there I understand but 4 that means someone isn't doing their job if this continues to happen.

We requested that our mail be held several times during the summer At no time did any individual request exceed 30 days At the beginning of October they decided that the total of our requests totaled more than 30 days and told us to get a post office box at a cost of $60 For what we pay for stamps we should be allowed to hold mail as we need to for our lifestyle We got the post office box but when I asked to talk to the supervisor I was told to go to the post office in the next town

No one ever picks up the phone no matter what time of day it is. Is not right that I have to go in person just to ask a simple question

Honestly I have never gotten such a bad service at this postal service in my life . Luis was so rude and obnoxious with me . Wouldn’t help me at all and made all kinds of faces . Not just to me but also to the next Costumer.

I mailed an International package, filled out all forms, paid all the charges. Post employee then laid package aside. I asked him to please finish the transaction. He said he'd do it later and proceeded to wait on woman after me. I said "I'm not leaving til you finish this transaction" Which he did do.This has never happened in any other P.O. I can imagine the info that needed to be entered being forgotten, mislaid, thrown out even if by mistake. I won't be using this site except for local business

I noticed a "hiring" sign at the PO today and picked up the print-outs. I went to the website indicated, created a profile, and searched for CCA jobs but Danvers didn't come up, so I couldn't proceed. Are you no longer hiring? Thanx!

I live at 10 Charles st. in Danvers. I have several complaints about the delivery service I am receiving and I'm sure many of my neighbors feel the same.. First of all it's 7:22 on Jan.16 2018 and we have yet to receive our mail. I 'm expecting to receive items that are very important to my income. I know there due because I have tracking #s stating that they're "out for delivery". This has been a long going problem with our present deliverer. My wife and I have lived here for 23 years and used to get our mail at about 3-4 in the afternoon. At least in that time period I could respond to my clients because it was before 5 pm. But he's getting later and later by the day. Today he must have decided not to show at all. This is unacceptable. Also I want to mention that I recently had hip replacement.surgery which makes it difficult to navigate stairs. I realize that's not his problem. However, whenever I have to sign for a delivery ... I get the orange form in my mailbox... forcing me to go to post office. This is a real hassle. Please help.

Thank you to Ricardo in the Danvers Post office. He personally delivered a priority package to our hotel (Doubletree Hilton in Danvers) on June 20. The hotel staff did not sign for it on Monday, June 19, so it was sent back to the Danvers post office. When I called on Tuesday, June 20, Ricardo went to find the package and brought it personally to our hotel. Way beyond any service I've had before. Please let his supervisor know what a great job he did and what a great employee he is. Thank you to Ricardo. Sincerely, Pam Luschei
