She is the worst Postal employee I have ever encountered. She is dismissive, yells at customers and has returned numerous letters/packages that are addressed correctly. Sometimes packages miraculously show up months later (after friends and family have received confirmation earlier). At least 30 people have moved to North Falmouth due to her behavior...

She is absolutely terrible...she is extremely rude and not one bit helpful. Now her counterpart is just as bad. Either they are stealing packages or giving them out to the wrong recipient. Also they constantly send packages back to the sender for no reason. They are lazy, and do not seem to like their work. Yes, they should be fired.

The lady working at the Cataumet post office is terrible. She intentionally sends customer's mail back even when it is addressed correctly, she makes up rules and fees that do not comply with the US post office's official rules and regulations, and she is nasty to customer's and does not provide good customer service. She should be fired.
