Had to mail something during the height of the Covid 19 pandemic and need to physically go in to insure it. Offering my thanks to al lof the folks in there who, I am sure, are concerned for their safety, as well as their families. The woman that handled my mail was pleasant and quick. I've always had a good experience there and hope that my review somehow helps to temper the ones below. Thank you to all for your service as essential employees

THIS IS THE MOST UNHAPPY CREW. EVEN THE HEAD BOSS IS SO MISERABLE. I WAS WAITING TO BUY STAMPS IN LINE WHEN THE HEAD GUY ASKED ME IF I WAS DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP, I SAID NEITHER, I NEED STAMPS. HE WITH HIS NASTY PUSS JUST WALKS AWAY. OMG, WHAT IS GOING ON. THEY ALL LOOK LIKE THEY WANT TO COMMIT SUICIDE. I LEFT FEELING DEPRESSED.

Thought I'd mention, for balance with below issue, that I've never had a problem with the Canton Post Office. Always been professional enough for me. In fact, just had a fine exchange handling a far outdated forwarding issue. Sorry to hear someone had an unhappy experience. Hope it is resolved well.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the post office today with my daughter, I arrive at 12:50 on Saturday, and started putting some paperwork I was planning to mail into envelopes I was going to purchase. I had left the shipping address in my car, so I asked my 9yo daughter to watch the envelopes whilei went 30 yards to my car. I came back inside , filled out the address, turned around and the gentleman was just locking the front desk... eventhough he knew I was in the store purchasing items. I asked him and he was very rude, I asked for his name. He said "Sean the supervisor!".... I asked him his last name so that I could make a formal complaint, he refused, he bantered back and forth refusing his last name, I told him it was bad business, as did another customer who witnessed this, he then flung the door open, almost hitting my daughter! He was incredibly rude, and he demanded I leave I said no, not till I get his last name to file a complaint, he said " go ahead, we have cameras in her and saw you abandon your daughter!!:..... he then opened the door and tried to force me! ridiculous, I will be making a formal complaint regarding Sean " the supervisor" who as a government employee refused to give me his last name, and refused me service at 13:01.
