You destroyed TWO wood birdhouses you delivered to the same customer. THEN you denied my insurance claim to get my money back. You people SUCK!

my husband went in today to get our son a passport and the man working the counter was so horribly racist and rude. when it came time to pay my husband thought he could use his credit card an not sure what he had in his bank account at the time (his spending account) was unsure if he wanted to use his debit the man at the count proceeded to say "maybe if you don't have money in your account you shouldn't be traveling" along with many other very uncalled for comments i will be connecting the manager and other authorities about this

I have been trying to call this post office to find out why Amazon is telling me they couldn't deliver my package and now it is being held for pick up. I am handicapped and can't pick up! Nobody is answering the phone . It rings and rings then hangs up

I live in Bridgewater Ma ,have most of my life I went to the post office Friday night 6/19/20 I needed to mail out parcel.the local post office only had two sizes of boxes very large and very small I had to use the ups store in Kingston

So, I had sent in an interception to be intercepted at East Bridgewater on Saturday, November 4th, 2017. I spoke to the associate with the name Rachelle and she was absolutely completely disrespectful to my friends and I. I spoke to East Bridgewater and they informed me that they should be able to find the package. Rachelle proceeded to tell us that "it would be like finding a needle in a hay stack." Quite literally informing us that she was to lazy to look for the package. Then proceeding to slam the door in our faces. This was horrible customer service and I am shocked how rude they were. All we wanted was the package that I paid $13 dollars and this was all I got.

I was treated so bad by the black woman in the bridgewater post office. She spoke down to me and was so rude! Why does she work there if she's not polite to people?!

I was upset that my package was not delivered today and the the person who delivered it never attempted to bring it to our home but instead left a message by way of amazon that it is available for pick-up. The message did not include where, time, date. Not very helpful at all.
