Dear Allan Geller: I am writing you because I was talking with a postal person about a card I sent my Grand Daughter. It was a Birthday card with $25 in it,and I felt safe because I dropped it off at the post office mailbox on a Sunday on my way to Church.I thought it to be safe to do so as I always did. I was told by the Mail person that the mailbox I put it in was burglarized, so whomever did this got away with the card and my $25 which I had to replace.I am an elder on disability and can't afford the replacement I had to do.at first I thought I would get the card back, but it didn't happen.I live in South Weymouth and this is where I do my postal services. I hope you can do something about this. My name is Sherry Smith 22 Gaslight Dr. #4 South Weymouth, Ma.02190 Sincerely yours, Sherry

the attendants of this post office are extremely RUDE, unpleasant and don't know how to serve people. I came to pick up an order sent by amazon that for no reason was not delivered. The two people who were in attendance are rude and have no ability to serve the public.

The employees at the Pearl St. location are always pleasant to me. If there is a line, when I get to the window they apologize for the wait. This location is my first choice when I need their services. Dealing with the general public is not easy. I try to make their day pleasant. Thank you USPS for your services!

Whichever mail woman comes to Grove Manor is not only extremely unprofessional and RUDE but she also refused to pick up our mail Saturday after looking at it and touching it. We’ve had several issues this week with this post office and this woman as well. She needs an attitude check. If she hates her job she should quit.

Went to Post Office at 4:30pm; 2 people in front of me went right to windows; I waited in line for about 5 minutes; then one of the clerks "suggested " to the 3rd clerk, to wait on a customer. That clerk was well hidden, (I did not see her at her window)- she was busy reading a phone... enough said. Needs to be suggested that phones are off line, wait on customer.

Went to the post office at 4:30pm, they are very efficient and worked like super men , fast and done. I love this post office , I did not know why the person comments so bad. They might be the bad person.
