I lodged a complaint regarding postal delivery service. I have no idea if it has gotten better. They addressed just one problem that I was getting mail of someone with a similar street name address. They put a note to the delivery person in my box. We have a Boylston Neighborhood website where there are daily complaints about packages and mail being delivered to the wrong address or person. I have counted around 30 postings and this site represents only a very small Boylston population. There is a major problem here. Many people go early to pick up mail and packages because they do not trust the delivery. Others go to out of town post offices. These people need training or better yet new reliable staffing from the top down.

The postal carrier for Edgebrook drive,is ALWAYS slow and late to arrive! Like after 5pm!!! But it is funny when her "fill in "does her route she is finished at the latest @ 4pm and normally done @ 2pm! This needs to be addressed with her postmaster! Here it is after 6pm and she is still sorting mail! Also on how she would cram packages in the boxes too!
