I should be receiving mail daily and it appears they are only delivering a couple times a week now. There should have been 5 pieces of mail and 1 package today and there was 0. My parents are retired post masters and cannot believe where the Post Office is now compared to how reliable they used to be

I have mailed three letters from the front of my home in the past 6 months that never got to my credit card companies. The first one was when my normal mail man was off not sure who had the route the days my others went missing. Packages mailed took 10 extra days after paying for priority delivery at feeding hills location. No one answers the phone at agawam post office. It's a disgrace!

I am writing to report despicable behavior by the substitute postal woman taking care of my street this week. She drove up onto my treebelt this week nearly toppling over her delivery truck. If the ground had been softer, she would have put huge divots in the turf. Then today she drove right past the red flag indicating I had mail to be picked up in the box. This is NOT the first time she has done this. I had to drive after her to the end of the street and tell her to go back and collect my out-going mail. I had time-sensitive mail to go out today and it would have been very bad for me if she had not gone back to collect it. There is NEVER a problem when our regular young man takes care of the neighborhood. Please find another substitute person to care for the postal needs when he is not available. As this website declares....."Postal service is an essential government service." Thank you. Leslie Clark 75 Muriel Lane Feeding Hills, MA 01030

Called my local PO to get status on a temporary change of address request. The person I spoke with (Josh) was polite, and extremely helpful. He confirmed that my request was received and verified that it was correct. He then told me his next steps to try to determine why we haven't received any mail since the request was submitted. I knew exactly what to expect after speaking with him. Kudos to Josh and our Agawam, MA US Post Office branch!!

I have a question, and I keep calling. They do not pick up the phone. If i was able to get a valid email address to the local Delivery Supervisor, i could contact them by email. If you are a Supervisor at the Agawam PO, please email me, i have a question.

Have had problems for such a long time. I did notify the Attorney General and he was looking into it. Went on vacation for three months made a change of address for there and back home on 4-02-2020. They were still mailing it to my Florida residence. They are either sleeping on the job or just don’t care. Still haven’t received all my mail. Getting charged for late fees should not be MY problem.

Agawam postal drivers that wear “HOODIES” while delivering the mail seems to me to be a “SERIOUS “ safety HAZARD! Stop and go all day long they need their vision in all directions as clear as possible. Their peripheral vision especially should be unobstructed looking out for cars or CHILDREN. I have seen the hoodies being worn on several routes in Agawam. HAVE THEM WEAR A PULL OVER HAT AND HELP IMPROVE THEIR SAFETY AWARENESS, AND PROTECT OUR CHILDREN THAT MANY TIMES ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION. Your attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

They never pick up. Phone doesn’t even ring. What’s wrong with this office?? And what’s wrong with their mailmen? I get updates on what’s supposed to be delivered everyday and sometimes it shows, sometimes it don’t. Sometimes the mailmen just passes right by my house. I don’t understand. Think they should get on top of their employees.

Yes! I was just looking up for the post office and found your comment. Exactly. I have lived in my house for 50 years. Twice recently I got a notice of “unable to deliver”. Like you,i was in my house and watched the truck whiz by without stopping. Then I get the email with a specific time that there was an attempt to deliver. Huh? This happened two times and not with my regular mailman. This other driver must have lied about trying to deliver at 2:40 pm on satutday. We were both sitting in the house and besides it should have been left in mailbox. So the notice made no sense.

Sunday-there is a carrier delivering packages. My husband asks them to take letters to the office, to be sorted Mon. They said No! What? Making time and a half and you can not drop two letters off at the office when you return your vehicle? I am so upset, thinking that this carrier does not care what happens to my mail. Think my husband forced them to take the letters, and they will conveniently loose them!
