I’ve got a package that has been stuck there (apparently) since Feb 23. I tried calling and they don’t pick up. What is going on? Delivery was supposed to be Feb 24.

I ordered turbo tax disc off ebay on 2/20/21 the seller mailed it at the Shreveport Post Office on 2/22. It was guaranteed delivery by 2/26. When I execute a tracking search it shows received at Shreveport on 2/22 and an entry daily thereafter, Shreveport, Shreveport every day - its just sitting there at Shreveport - never moving by their own admission...what that hell is happening.. my taxpayer $ at work ?

I just raced to the main post office in Shreveport to mail a letter that had to go out today. I was told they close at 5:45. Everything published says 6 o'clock and when I was there last week it was also 6 o'clock. The girl pointed to a hand written sign that was taped over 6 o'clock and said they now close at 5:45 because of the cauvet. What is 15 minutes going to matter? Except, for the Shreveport citizens who are mailing things, like the lady that I saw had brought boxes and expected to be able to go inside and mail them. She was there at 5:51 and was not allowed to go in to mail her boxes. This is to be announced all over the radio Emma newspapers for public service announcements if the United States Post Office that stays open till 6 is now arbitrarily closing at 5:45.

I am so disheartened with my postal service. I paid a bill through my online banking method on November 21, 2018. It should have arrived by November 27, locally. I have verified that the bank sent payment. Today, January 22, 2019 I mailed the missed payment. I won't even get into the misery I have been through. Also, today, I received a call that the missing payment has arrived. Now I have overpaid. When will this headache end. Thanks for listening. Judy Barth

I purchased some pants on eBay from Tennessee, they were processed in shreveports usps facility yesterday, I expected to see them today or tomorrow seeing as how the destination is bossier city, one city over, but when I tracked the package today it says it's enroute to Oklahoma.... What kind of idiots do you people have running the postal service? I am extremely upset and disappointed in the lack of attention and professionalism. How can such an ignorant mistake be made? You are a disgrace.
