I received my son's diplomas in the mail box the good news is that I received them, but the bad knows is some low life opened my children mail. Now they know our information. This just doesn't make no since before that the low life stole the watch I ordered for my son Christmas gift. They left just the bag in the mail box. Other times its all the above that everyone else is complaining about to. I am so tired of the and something has to change.

I have had an issue with a package that I did not receive about a year ago. I spoke with Ruby Malone at the Opelousas office numerous times trying to resolve this and all she did was give me the run around. Each time she assured me that she would look into it and get back to me. Despite my many attempts, she never called me back and did nothing to correct the problem. She really shouldn't be allowed to represent the Postal service in the capacity that she does. I never got my package and nothing was ever done about it. I just had to eat the near $100.00 that and reorder and pay again for my item. Also I never did receive my package!Today ( 12/21/2019) I have a package that shows delivered by the Postal service and once again, I have no package! This time I want someone that is over Ruby Malone to contact me concerning this matter! My tracking number is 61290988318644746342 This is a child's Christmas present and I am sad to think that I will never get this package either. I WILL NOT eat another expensive package again. If necessary I will take any action I can find available in this matter. Also it would be appreciated if Ruby Malone would be questioned and reprimanded for this unacceptable way of NOT doing her job properly. Your speedy response in this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Joey Fontenot 7261 Hwy. 31 Opelousas LA. 70570 P.S. In addition, there is a problem with my mail carrier. She NEVER closes my mailbox resulting in soaking wet mail every time it rains! I would like that problem addressed also! Thank for your understanding in all of the above problems!!

Let it be known that I am a big "let's save the middle class" person. For this reason, I go out of the way to use USPS. Well, I am very disappointed. I had been tracking a package, that according to USPS, was delivered several days ago. I have been waiting for some assistance with this matter for two days. I have made phone calls and gone to the post office in person. Each time my number was taken and I was told that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting. By the way, this package cost me $50. I will keep you posted. I'm disappointed, but trying to keep the faith in the USPS.

The tracking for packages is extremely delayed. There needs to be better transmission and more accuracy for Post Offices such as this one. USPS is a big choice for me because of it's shipping reliability, however the tracking, is again, an issue for people who need to know when their packages come in as soon as they do. First Class Shipping is most delayed, even more than the options above this. This is a problem that Post Offices across the U.S. must fix, I know it's a problem nationally. But for the review, I give 3/5 Stars. The shipping is almost incredible, but the tracking is absolutely terrible.
