The new person on the General Pershing route has mishandled my mail. I was expecting an important document for days and found out it was in my neighbors box, additionally I had mail that wasn't addressed to me in my mailbox. Please do better, people have business to attend to in a timely manner, and reading addresses shouldn't be that difficult. Thanks.

Hi, I contacted the uptown station postal office on 12/16/21 at 1:30 pm and I spoke with someone named Danielle. I have never had someone speak to me so rudely. After asking about my package and if she would email the sorting facility about the NDC packing inquiry (which I’ve seen is protocol when asked) she said no she would not do that and then I asked her to track it in the system and she said “no, I will not track my package in the system” and then she proceeded to hang up the phone will I was still asking questions. That is all after her interrupting me every time I tried to ask a question. It was the most unprofessional call I’ve experienced in quite a while. Thank you
