I have informed delivery on my phone which shows what mail I have coming for that day and today July 20th 2023 in lake Charles La on the 2200 block my mail was not delivered according to USPS app. I'm sick of this shit and lazy mail delivery people.

I have not received all my mail the mail person is holding my mail in his truck and passing it on to other mail persons so they wouldn't find it in his truck this has been happening to offend for every mail person they've sent to this route and the more I complain it doesn't help I just gets the same results every time, it's sad because it's their job to just deliver the mail no matter what, unless they are harmed and this is not the case here. Give the job to someone that will do it. Fedup.

I live in Moss Bluff, La. We do not get our bills or mail in a timely manner. We get mail 2 days a week and then, most of it is late. I have called our Moss Bluff office several times( not at the same time) and the main post office many times AND the main 800 number. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. What has happened to y'all????

This post office has deliberately not been delivering my mail. Since have put my family in a bind, its been over a month 4 complaints that are being investigated and still nothing done. I've had enough and I'm contacting my attorney for additional steps to be taken. Its not that hard to leave someones mail in the mailbox. I have informed delivery so i know when i have mail. Yet someone who don't live at my house mail gets delivered but not ours, how do you just pick and choose. Im going public with this also!

Terrible. I can't even say terrible service because there was NO SERVICE AT ALL. USPS website package tracking issues, so I called. The phone was never answered. I'm not even listening to any BS about COVID, either. Germany officially ended the fake COVID BS last year in November, and here we are in the USA in mid March with clowns like these still making excuses for not providing services paid for by MY taxpayer dollars. TOTAL FACEPLANT. USPS will be completely defunded and will cease to exist at all in the near future because of corrupt and bullheaded bullshit EXACTLY LIKE THIS.

It shows that my package, 9341989671090137678972, was delivered to 2505 19th Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601 on October 19, 2020. The message that it was delivered stated the package was left in the mailbox. I do not have a mail box in front of my house. I did not receive the package from Amazon. I did receive the mail for 2505 18th Street instead. This is totally unacceptable and I need to be reimbursed for the item I ordered.

It makes no sense to allow the public to stand in a mile long line to pick up their mail. The time for opening is 8 am and it's now 8:30 am. This is horrible then hints no social distancing and people without mask.

Sounds like the whole postal system here in lake Charles area is pretty bad, In Moss Bluff, we have not received any mail in two weeks, Some mail has not even been picked up. looks like we have to go a higher location... When we do get mail, its not ours, If you are lucky someone who got your mail returns it to u?? maybe? cause you don't know.

Package was supposed to arrive Sunday, tracking said it was “out for delivery” last time I checked Sunday at 8pm. Now today (Monday) it’s saying that they attempted delivery Sunday but no one was home, and that I have to pick it up at the post office. No note was left and, most importantly, I was home all day-and no mail man stopped by. This is unacceptable and sounds like someone just didn’t want to go out of their way to do their job on a Sunday. Now I’m expected to go and do their job for them and drive to pick up my package from the post office. This is unacceptable, I want an explanation about this as this is not the first time this has happened.

USPS sucks track my packages all the time. 6 amazon package that I know will be in on Saturday. Watch Saturday an Sunday past my house knowing they got my stuff on their truck. An too damn lazy to get out the truck an deliver it. I work FedEx for 12 years an never had a complaint because I deliver everything on my truck the day it comes in.

Just received 3 items of mail, all of which were posted 30 days prior. How can this be? Two of the 3 were bills which became outstanding and, on one of which, I will have to pay a late fee. Where did these items become misplaced, only to reappear a month later? The USPS is the organ upon which commerce relies to process correspondence in a TIMELY manner. How does Accounts Receivable and Payable operate efficiently if the mail system looses items to which it has been entrusted? If the USPS is the established vehicle, the official post, of the nation then it is mandated to do an exemplar job or heads should role. What bin was not properly cleared, what bag not emptied, what got stuck behind the seat and what report was filed to make notification of this oversight in order to make adjustments to mitigate a repeat? Someone found these items, sent them on their merry way, hoping all would be well, even though two were obviously monthly statements, placed in arrears by the USPS's oversight. Where is the accountability? These matters could impact my credit rating. Should we all abandon the post in favor of direct debit and let the USPS go under as the "buggy whip" of the communication age? Frankly, I like to preserve a hard copy of billing statements. We have tree farms for a reason and I support Louisiana agriculture and forestry products. Thank you for your attention in this matter. Sincerely, K.

Our mail service has become very unreliable in the Country Club/Prien Lake Road area. We are getting mail on Sundays ... We put mail out and no picks up for a day or two. Please explain the issue... This has been going on for months.

I have waited all day for my mail. It has not been delivered. I have waited by my mailbox the entire day, no sight of a mail carrier. This is 8/15/2016, not a holiday, where is my mail ? 616 Alamo Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601
