My letters were in mail box since yesterday and a piece of mail for another address and was marked they picked up the one I marked with wrong address and left my bills still in box I’m very upset about this and when will problem be resolved my flag was up and stamps on everything

My mail was not picked up on Wednesday June 21st. It's been on the mailbox since daylight. I saw the truck down my street, but my mail wasn't picked up. This was 3:30 pm.. My bill will be late now. That's 10$. I expect the Post Office to pay for the late fee.

I looked at mail that was to be delivered to 776E Tank Farm Rd. I seen where my sticker for my drivers license was supposed to be delivered on Monday and it was not in our box my drivers license is expired and I need my mail from the DMV asap. I know I have other peoples stuff in my box and I go delivered it to them. I’m thinking it was put in the wrong box ! Please contact me

The lady that runs the hwy 397 route needs to be fired. I get a USPS note that says I got a package that she will not deliver… why? Because she is to F..ing LAZY to get out of her truck or at LEAST HONK the F..ing horn. I know what I’m waiting on. Yes, it is a big package… I wonder what her excuse will be today about NOT DELIVERING IT… I sat and watched her pass…. Ready to help… TO F..ing LAZY!!!! Fire her!

This is the worst Post Office in Lake Charles, La!!! They lost my package. I waited forever to receive it. I called the company & theycstated it was delivered. I called the Main Post office on Moss St & the gentleman tells me it was scanned as delivered. I wasn't satisfied because I paid $246 for something I didn't receive. I did a claim on this package to find out what happened. I was surprised to het a call back. No, call for weeks. I go online & check the status. The status said, issue resolved. How was it resolved? 4 months later still no package. Who determines the status?

Terrible. I can't even say terrible service because there was NO SERVICE AT ALL. USPS website package tracking issues, so I called. The phone was never answered. I'm not even listening to any BS about COVID, either. Germany officially ended the COVID drama last year in November, and here we are in the USA in mid March with clowns like these still making excuses for not providing services paid for by MY taxpayer dollars. GIANT FAIL. USPS will be totally defunded and will cease to exist at all in the near future because of corrupt and bullheaded bullshit EXACTLY LIKE THIS.

I left the area for good and moved to MD. I need to change my mailing address.

They lost my package I can see why the Government want to get rid of them. They are complete morons.

They are rude and never answer the phone I been calling to see when they are gonna change my mail box out so I can get my mail out we did the change of address last month and nobody still haven’t came out

I have not been receiving my weekly sale ads. The branch office has not been cooperative. Instead stating the wrong date when the ads are delivered. Last time this happens the store manager look into the problem and found the carriers throwing them in the dumpster. Please look into the problem.

This by far the absolutely worst postal delivery service I have ever experiences in my adult lifetime
