Twice this week a package of ours has been delivered to our next-door neighbor. We are #15 in the mobile home park and the neighbor is #16. The mobile homes are clearly marked and it's visible from the street. the package is clearly marked BY THE POST OFFICE IN DARK SHARPIE that it's to be delivered to #15 N. Thurman Ln. But the idiot mail-delivery person keeps delivering OUR packages to them!

I work nights and when the mail lady pulled up, I could hear her screaming and cussing. She was calling someone named Sean every name in the book. She woke me up out of a deep sleep, making me believe something was happening outside of my house. I have the full recording from my cameras. Then I call and ask to speak to a manager. The operator asked why I needed to speak to her and I said “I have a complaint” and the the manager doesn't answer. So I try to call back and get hung up on. On top of that, one of my packages was opened. Absolutely unprofessional!

Incompetent - mail delivered elsewhere or never delivered. Packages delivered elsewhere or never delivered. Not once or twice but weekly for the past 6 months. Why scan package as delivered and left at front door or mailbox if it didn’t happen. Why scan to be delivered if you deliver a week later. Accuracy and accountability is not covid related. I’m so sick of hearing “due to covid” does covid make one incompetent?

I agree I have multiple packages delivered daily and live where there is really no logical way would be unaccessible but way to often that’s what I see on my deliveries(mainly on the weekends) and have said something on multiple times along with offering to show them our security cameras that show no delivery was even attempted and get nothing but ran in circles!! I’m not a dog.

I've lived at my home since 2014. Never had an issue with packages until June 2020. Packages have been left on the steps of the vacant house at the foot of my driveway, or been marked "undeliverable due to driveway not accessible". I've had to take of work in an attempt to get my packages at the post office, since I am at work during their operating hours. I have left messages with the clerks on 2 separate occasions, and have recieved no response from the post master. Today, I arrived at 359pm and the doors were locked, and despite hearing several employees in the back, none would respond d to the "ring for service" bell. This is the second time I have attempted to pick up this same package, since the staff could not find it yesterday. Any ideas on how to improve my service, or get the branch to stay open until 5pm like every other business?

It is always the same. When our regular carrier isn't working, the mail gets screwed up. A package for me showed it was delivered on Feb 3rd. I checked the mail box and no package. Did not show up the next day or the day after that How hard can it be to match the address on the package to the address on the mailbox. Unless it didn't get delivered to anyone is still riding around on the truck. This has happened several times not only to me but to other people on my street.

The new young lady that do package delivery is a good worker and she do errthang rite shes an awesome and hard working young lady i actually like her she's the best so far. Keep up the good work.🥰

Supervisor, LaTonya or Tonya @ the Haughton, LA branch attitude is horrible. This lady is very unprofessional and needs to be transferred to another branch .... in the mailroom It just hasn’t been the same since Norman & Linda (I think) are no longer there. Please put all new employees in there. Life is a boomerang, what you give, you get!

I have had NUMEROUS issues with the Haughton Post Office in Louisiana. Someone needs to hire people who want to work. Sometimes I don't get a carrier out in as many as 7 days. I have had checks, bills, and important correspondence lost on dozens of occasions. To say that Covid-19 is responsible for this is the biggest crock ! People are looking for work in this area and these workers repeatedly show up late or not at all. Mail has been delivered in an old car with no Postal Service markings, farmer in overalls one week, and the list goes on and on. This time, my flag is up and carrier pushed back all my outgoing mail to the back of my box bent up to push in junk flyers. REALLY ?! Any attitude ?! Nothing is ever done every time this happens. Who can actually change this, or is it even worth reporting if you do nothing?

Haughton N. Elm location is the WORST! I am sick and tired of NOT GETTING MAIL! Yesterday both myself and my neighbor had packages shown delivered at 6:41 last night and NEITHER of us got our packages. DONT MARK THEM DELIVERED IF THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!! COMMON SENSE!!! I don’t know what’s going on. It’s not Covid related because we get everyone else’s mail at our house all the time. It’s the carriers. And NOBODY answers the phone!!!! What is your problem? Understaffed DOES NOT give you a right to mark packages delivered when they are not and literally has nothing to do with it. It’s called LAZY! I know I speak for half the town when I make this complaint! RIDICULOUS

I do not understand how our mail carrier can enter our neighborhood and only deliver mail to three streets and then leave. Why is this? This is not the first time this has happened. Today Sat the 19th she/he delivered to Elmview, Cedar Brook and Glendale. This is not acceptable. We have been having issues here in Country Place for awhile now. Can I please get an answer to this question? Thank you.
