Great customer service and the workers go the extra step to show that each person matters. Very organized and provides a welcoming and trusting atmosphere leaving a person feel comfortable with their packages being in their care.

I’m very piss off my mail carrier was on the phone arguing which was very unprofessional and just put all these different mails in my mail box with different mailing address I haven’t received mail In week and half of the time they haven’t been coming and I can’t even make the complaint cause they want answer the phone

I would like my mail to be delivered before 5 pm and to also get all my outgoing mail to be sent out properly to where it's suppose to be going so it will be on time. Do your job RIGHT!

Missed mail again today even though informed mail delivery said mail was due, second time this month mail not received on the scheduled day.

I have had several items off of my wedding registry stolen. We have not received assistance. Someone has clearly signed for the items under a different name.

We did not receive mail on Saturday, again. This means that we did not receive The Daily Star weekend paper. There's no excuse for not receiving mail on Saturdays!!

Mailed water bill 8-26-20. As of today 9-18-20. Still has not been delivered. Tried calling Hammond p.o. twice, but no one answers phone. Over past few months I have had several envelopes lost or took too long to deliver causing to have to pay late fees. Ho happy.

I have been complaining that your Carrier is CONSTANTLY delivering my Packages to 12161 and MY Address is on the Shipping Labels as 12167 Marilyn Lane and includes PRECISE delivery instructions right under my Name! The people that live at 12161, are weekly / monthly Renters that come and go - and sometimes they bring MY Packages to one of the other Rental addresses on this property! I am Disabled and can NOT walk the 4 different Address on this Property looking for my Packages! This issue has been going on for nearly a year now and I have called USPS Hammond about this, several Times. The Next time my packages are left at the WRONG Address... I'll take this to the next level above the Local Post Master for 70403!

I mailed a letter on 10-09-19 to Larry Wells 1601 Edwinnell Way Hammond, La 70403. There is no such address. It should have gone to 601 Edwinnell Way Hammond, La 70403. Where is my mail and when can I get it back? 265 Mockingbird lane Slidell, La 70434. Thank you very much.

This has been a continuing problem for the past 2 years that I have lived on W. Yellow Water Road, either getting mail that belongs to someone else or having my mail put in another person's mail box. I don't like to complain about anyone trying to work on a very responsible job but today I feel it needs to be brought to the carriers attention when I get my mail with 11 pieces with "wrong address" written on the envelopes. I am to the point to where I drive to Hammond or Ponchatoula if I have important mail to be sent out. Mistakes happening every now and them is one thing but when it comes to 11 pieces of mail then it is time for a complaint. Please let me know by email if this will be addressed and corrected.

I have had several issues with packages saying they were delivered but never were (including an ice chest which has been 2 years and haven't heard back from the manager or anything no matter how many messages were left). Now they stating they left 2 packages on my porch/door but did not, someone (3 people) was home to ensure delivery. I've called the post office several times and the phone just rings and rings and rings. First thing in the am, no reason they can't answer their phones specially the few that are standing around every time I go in there. RIDICULOUS!!! If I could opt for a new carrier I would, we have one women who does wonderful and doesn't mind our dog (don't want to change her) and I am aware not everyone is a fan of them but if they see a car no reason they can't honk the horn to get someone to come outside. I would really appreciate it if I could get a call from the manager. Thanks!!

Our mail lady Michelle Carpenter is wonderful! unfortunately we have had substitutes here lately and none of them can put the mail in the correct mailbox. It is happening all over the Schlacher neighborhood. My parents live a few streets over from me and were complaining about the same thing. Can't they read numbers?!

I’ve had 3 packages in the last week delivered to the wrong address. I’ve called the Hammond Post Office severally times since then and the phone just rings and rings. If something isn’t done about it I think the kind and honest recipient of my packages should start charging them a delivery fee. I guess since they don’t answer the phone I’m going to have to physically go down there which totally negates the reason we have things delivered to our house.

We decorated some 2nd line umbrellas for an out of town wedding and brought them to the Hammond Post Office hoping for a packaging solution. The employees could not have been kinder or more helpful. In the end they taped two priority mail boxes together and sent us home with priority mail tape for our package. I brought our package back the next day and mailed it at a reasonable price. We love our US Postal Servise. Thanks.
