I got two notices stating there was "no access to delivery location" for two packages. Okay, that's a total and complete lie. My neighbors got their mail today. Of course, it's Saturday, so I'll have to wait until Monday to figure out what's gone wrong. There were no accidents. No dogs. No locked gates. I live in a cul-de-sac. It's not a gated community. This is a huge neighborhood with multiple access points. This seems more like a case of "I skipped you" or "I just didn't feel like delivering it." Y'all need to do better.

At 5:41pm received a text saying my package had been delivered to my mailbox - went straight out, regular evelope mail was there but NO PACKAGE!!! This was medication that I am out of and NEED NOW!!! This is inexcusable!! Service has been sooooooo irractic for the past few months!!! Please find my medicine and call [number removed] or text me at that ## PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MEDICATION!! IT"S THE WEEK END AND WILL BE MONDAY BEFORE I CAN GET THE DOCTOR!!!

With no idea of when 70726 PO will get power so I might actually speak face to face with someone I cannot get satisfaction of having my mail placed into my PO BOX (1427) which I paid renewal for ONE (1) year and received a receipt (#840-57000234-2-5618612-1) dated 07/06/2021. You have been holding my mail for what reason? You have the receipt number (and it’s been debited from my account)… I NEED MY MAIL

Today, July 14, 2021, I went to my mailbox and a good size box that was stuffed in there would not budge. I have arthritic hands and could not remove this box. I had to get a neighbor who also has arthritic hands and the two of us eventually got the box out, about 10 minutes later. This is not the first time this has happened. I could not reach anyone on the phone at USPS Denham Springs. Very, very poor service.

This post office has messed up several times with my mail. Now it has mistakenly forwarded court papers that were sent to my home address. I sent priority mail so I would have in time. Now they are sending it back to sender. I file a request and now it is sitting in one place for three days. They have no idea where it is going. This screames incompetence and I need those papers.

I do not usually file any complaints as the service to my address has been fine. Today, I went to the mailbox and the package I was expecting was so jammed in the mailbox that I needed to get a pair of pliers to remove same. The side of the box looked like a woman's fan; this is not the type of service that one expects from a professional. Luckily, the only damage to the contents as a small twisted area in one of my scrapbook stamps. Also, luckily the other two small packages which were jammed underneath the large jammed package was not damaged. Of course, you cannot reach anyone via the telephone.

Once again our mail box was left open to the elements and not closed. It rained on HIPAA fraud notification and ruined it along with other mail. This seems to transpire every so often. We have complained in past to main PO and will try to leave voicemail but their mailbox is full. So I texted the number. We will leave a nice note on the mailbox with the ruined mail in a bag and maybe that will hit home. I know that they are busy but this is why we are all ordering online and using Fedex and UPS. I literally deliver outgoing checks to the Post office or to the location because I no longer trust the USPS. Please do something about this Denham Springs P.O. = They are either under staffed or need additional ongoing training.

We live in Watson and we have been having so many issues with our mail lady. From never putting the flag down, giving us completely the wrong mail, and even broke our mail box.

I was to have a package delivered yesterday said unable to access driveway at 6:12 pm for one I was outside second the driveway isn't blocked i have packages delivered all the time. I called the 1 800 number to no success because its all automated can't talk to anyone then called the post office for them to answer said hold on sat for 20 mins with noone coming back so I hang up and called right back to back and noone answers now someone better deliver my package today

I have had numerous occasions that my packages have not been picked up well today was another day. I have been to the post office twice and tomorrow I will have to leave my 85 y/o mother and go to the post office and mail packages that were suppose to be picked up today 8/24/20. I want this to be addressed and fixed.

I rec'd notice at 12:22 pm today USPS was unable to deliver (a small light weight) package to my residence due to no access to delivery location. This is absolutely INCORRECT information. There is nothing obstructing delivery at my address. Also I get informed delivery of my daily mail & continue to have pieces missing. These pieces are somewhere because you took a picture of it & sent to me. I want my package today as originally scheduled for delivery.

I live in a huge mobile home park on eden church road and there is over 30 trailers in here ..and no one has received mail in a few days.. Dont understand why it is so hard to just delivered everyone mail

My package wasn’t delivered today due to the front door or drive way being block giving the time of 1:34. I was standing outside in my driveway at 1:32 for several minutes talking. A USPS delivery vehicle DID NOT attempt to deliver at my house at that time. Nothing was blocked. I don’t have a dog. No attempt was made to delivery this at my house. It’s an item ordered needed ASAP due to health issues. It was not available at a local store. I am very upset that an invalid reason was given for non delivery. Now when will it be delivered????

Well I was very please with the Denham Springs postal service. I am 66 and needed stamps. We were in shelter in place due to covid19. They told me how to obtain my stamps without leaving my home. They were pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for all you do.

Do not expect to get any packages mailed to you because you want get it and then you ask where it is and they tell you they can not find it. That's unacceptable to tell me it can't be found. Sure you get your insurance money and what you paid to ship it in about seven weeks back. But I would much rather my package thank you very much denhamspings. I'm convinced these people are stealing our packages and covering up for their employees. Packages just don't disappear into thin air!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND BUSY ALL DAY LONG. CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER AND AS OF RIGHT NOW I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 1 1/2 HOURS. I AM TRYING TO GET THEM TO DELIVER MY MAIL THAT WAS PLACED ON HOLD FROM MAY 30TH, 2018 TO JUNE 4, 2018. IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED JUNE 5, 2018. MY REGULAR MAIL WAS RESUMED JUNE 6, 2018 BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY HOLD MAIL AND PACKAGES YET. HELP!

This Denham Springs Post Office is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. We won't dwell on past problems I have had with them, but I will vent about yesterday. I was expecting a package I had ordered and was home when the mail man/woman passed. The tracking information says the package was left in my mailbox. First of all, the package would not fit in my mailbox, and nothing was left at my door, nobody knocked on my door and nothing is in my mailbox. Now I have to go through the headache of trying to get my items reshipped while they continue to do a thoroughly lousy job on my tax dollar. Ugh, so aggravated with these people. Just shut it down, the way you deliver service, we don't need you.

Bad service different drivers most of time pasted us up 3 times this week and many others times. We are expecting stuff from you. Bad when we are outside when the speed by our box. Also they drive over speed limit.

Try to restart delivery by the automated system, voice cuts in before the spiel is finished "sorry I didn't understand you" cuts in to where you get nothing accomplished. Then you phone the postal branch that serves you at 9:58 a.m. and it rings for 3 minutes and 48 seconds then goes dead. How do get in contact with these "employees" to simply restart delivery? Do I have to wait outside for the delivery person to pass and accost them to restart my mail?

Claimed that I was not home to deliver 2 packages which is not only untrue, but crazy since they did deliver 5 other packages that same day. I think they just forgot to leave them and did not want to come back and deliver.

We have had mail and packages delivered to the wrong address. Today we were expecting a delivery that was much needed. The post office reportedly could not deliver it because they didn't have access to the gate. We don't have a gated drive. There is a gated drive 3-4 drives above our drive. Mail is a necessary business and mistakes are made but the #'s are correct on the invoice I have on my order. The agent didn't review or read it correctly . So I don't have the package I needed by today..

Their phones must not work either so you can call and complain. I've been calling repeatedly but noone ever answers. Rediculous!!!!! My tracking information says notice was left in unsecured location. Why??? The time it took to write that 3849 they could've spent walking to the door. Carriers and Subs need to realize that their routes are evaluated on all mail as well as packages. If they're too lazy to do their job, quit and find another one. This is not a hard or bad job. I was a carrier for 12 years in Georgia so I know. It's lack of character on the carriers and supervision for not following through with complaints obviously. A little rain and exercise won't hurt you.

this post office lacks professionalism. I get notices from them quite often that the package wasn't delivered because of weather etc or delivery attempt made,(AND I WATCHED THEM) but I somehow get one of the smaller packages from the post office that was sent out that same morning and not the other package. If it doesn't quite fit in the mail box they use that excuse,

I packed says that is was delivered and handed to a person on 10/24/16. At the time it was delivered nobody was at my house so therefore it could not have been delivered. the total was around $66 and i would like my package or a refund. Thanks

Had a package to be delivered on Thursday, 9/19/16 and did not receive said package. At 11:03 PM I tracked my package and they said delivery was attempted at 10:42 PM on 9/19/16 and no response at address. I was sitting here all day and by the front door from 7:30 PM until 11:00 PM and there was no such attempt at delivery. I do not require any signature on any of my deliveries and this is an example of a poorly run system. Who delivers at 10:42 PM and then sends me a USPS notification of said attempt? They are either lying or have no idea how to deliver a package. UPS, FED EX, etc. leave the package at my door and I pick it up. What is this problem? I hate it when my packages get sent to USPS because this is a constant problem. I have even had my daily deliverer come back to my home after "hearing a package rolling around in the back" as she headed in for the end of her shift. This is out of hand.
