where are your drop boxes available in Breaux Bridge? Am disabled and the outside box at the post office is closed. Where can I find a drop off box that is usable?

Received notice of Alleged attempt to deliver..I was home and NO ATTEMPT MADE. Next door neighbor Received same notice also. I shop online to alleviate Anxiety issues.. leaving note today so Mail carrier knows we are watching NOW...Expecting many packages. PICK YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!

My package was forced into my neighbors box. The mailbox support was damaged from the effort of removing the box. I have a plastic bin for packages that keep them dry when raining. There is NO REASON to SHOVE MY package into the neighbors box!

Dec. 18th 2020 an employee opened my expected package addressed to Washington State and stole $600 in Amazon gift cards. The package was reboxed with a sticker that said repackaged due to damage. To the employee who did this you are the lowest of humans and are now CURSED.

Very upset-I have had several issues. At the moment still trying to resolve a delivery issue. When tracking my package- it says my package was delivered. Never received my package. They were contacted by Amazon & a case number was given to me by Amazon. When I checked on the status of the case number, it said it was resolved. A day later and I still do not have my package. I don't call that resolved!!

How much is the cost of replacement post office box key. My box rental is not due again for six months and I’ve only misplaced the key. Problem is I have no way of checking my mail. If I pay for a new key and find my old key, can I get refund? Can I get my mail without my key until I find it and is there a charge to get my mail through front desk until I find my key.
