Went to metro post office Saturday and the door to get to your P.O. Box was locked , Couldn’t get to my mail box to retrieve my mail This was about 12:00 on Saturday 1/28/2023 Is this going to be the new normal?

It is so disappointing that the drive through window is never open. At this time, when social distancing is required, it should be open at all business hours. I am 85 years old and even shop for groceries online and pick them up.
