14202 Reserve Cove Prospect Ky 40059. Delivery person pulled off and damaged the door to my mail box. I have taken pictures. There is no way the driver did not know they damaged it, it is that bad! Accidents happen but when they do the driver should leave a note or come to my door. As I was home all day. 7/17/21

I have been waiting for weeks to receive important mail which should have been forwarded to me from the Prospect Post Office. I have called *repeatedly* but the phone isn’t answered. I sent an email to Postmaster James Harper and, in turn, I received an email indicating my email couldn’t be delivered to him. This is awful service. I need my mail.

On December 8, 2020, UPS dropped off a package for me at the Prospect Post Office. Today is the 11th, and I still don’t have it. I have called the Prospect office three times. No one answers the phone. My dad and my brother were career postal workers. They never provided such awful service. I want my package!!
