Where do I start. Mail carrier was holding my mail and had to start doing a mail count that was ridiculous and ineffective. She has delivered the wrong person’s mail numerous times, left packages and mail sitting on my uncovered porch in pouring rain. And now she pulls up and honks her horn to get our attention to come outside to her car and if you don't, she is bie leaving our mail packages behind our vehicle in the gravel drive. I attempted to AGAIN speak with supervisor and was told she would have to call me back which she has not done.

When ever we have a substitute delivery person we don't get our mail. The excuse is "I forgot the mail box key". That works for 1 day but not for 3, since it's been 3 days and nobody has gotten any mail.

Workers are a bunch of liers because if they don't want to deliver something they just make a reason that they can't

My packages are constantly being delivered to the incorrect address. And the man who they are delivered to cannot read and will only sometimes return to me, other times he returns to post office and I never see them again.

Called Bon Harbor post office 7 times in one hour Nov 4th. No one available to answer call. I would think it would be a good place to get a job for 72k a year as advertised. We moved and changed our address for Oct 29th. Mail carrier pulled our name out of box at condo on Oct 16th and our mail has been stopped and lost. Business, bills, letters and all else is in jail mail. Very poor response for a federal agency!

Change of address not being honored, still delivering mail there. Both are deceased, recently. 1307 Jackson St. 42301. Mail person just says "I'm a tempt" . Sorry I know better!

Today I found a bill to mail out of our home box on the ground, accidents happen but this is the second time in 6 months. Carriers need to be more careful especially with all of the rain we are getting. Our mail got picked up on time before the rain started and the ditch would of taken it away. This would of caused us a late payment and 30 days pass due.

We have only received mail on Monday of this week. I realize yesterday, Wednesday, could be weather related, however, wondering about Tuesday and Thursday. We have an outside mailbox to leave our mail in, therefore the carrier does not have to enter our building in order to deliver the mail. Thank you.

I live in the Downs subdivision and would like to know why our mail service is "hit or miss." We only get our mail three of four days a week and don't understand why we have such a CRAPPY mail service. Does your mail carriers get to choose what days they would like to work? Or do they just get up in the morning and say, "hey, I don't feel like working today, so I;m just staying home today...screw all the mail I need to deliver!!" I am 62 years old and I have never seen such terrible mail service in my entire life. As far as review, I would give you 1 star out of 10. It's evident that you really don't give a rats ass, if you did we would see better mail service.
