A neighbor just brought me my prescriptions that are mail ordered. He may come every 2 weeks to get his mail and check on things. My meds come from VA and my wife meds are mail in also. These are meds I need everyday for my heart and diabetes. These meds should not be delivered at the wrong address. Please take care of this matter. You can email me for more information. Thank you for checking into this matter. Tony Watson

I sent a package off for Christmas to my elderly MOM, living a assisted living facility, before Christmas 12/14/2020. so receiving a package at any time is very important . My Mom still has not gotten her Christmas gift. I have been tracking it and it only says in transit. When I sent the package off, there was a handler taking packages back, it was the end of the day , almost closing time and he literally took the boxes out of the clerks hand on 12/14/2020. My other package that was sent to Ohio made it in time for Christmas, but my Moms to Detroit has not after all this time. I called the Gratiot USPS and they have not received it yet , they said its has not left Louisville. The question is why? If it cant be delivered then why not send it to me and i can repackage it and resend . Why are they holding on to it. My mother is still waiting on her Christmas gift . This is RIDICULOUS

Our postal delivery service is terrible. I live on Pinnacle View Place and we do not get our mail delivered until after 7 pm most evenings. Our roads in this area has pot holes and it is not good for older citizens to be walking out after dark to get their mail. This area is mostly senior citizens with some of them in their 80s and 90s. If it is this late now, when not many packages are being delivered, just think about what it will be as it gets closer to the Christmas holidays. In the past, we have experienced mail, packages and checks have been taken out of mailbox during this time of the year, mainly because older people are unable to get out after dark to and are not able to collect their mail until the following morning. In the pas,t our holiday deliveries are closer to 8 and 9 pm. Isn't there something the Post Office can do to make home deliveries a little more convenient for their older customers. Also, you are putting your employees at risk being out so late making mail deliveries.
