Mailed a check to a customer in the Highlands/Bardstown road area deposited in your blue mailbox 8/27/2023. 2 1/2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. No one answers the phone, no stars for you, complaint only. Now I have to cancel and recut the check and deliver it myself. You cost me much more than a stamp!

On 3/7/22 I was on the phone calling the 7th Street Post Office to make an appointment to get a new Passport. Starting calling at at 9am. Was on the phone for one hour and no one picked up the phone, it would ring and then a busy signal would happen, I would recall and the same thing would happen. I did this 8 times. Twice it went to the operator and it just ring and then the busy signal happen. Why is it so hard to get a person to answer the phone in a place of business that is giving customers a service.

This is not a review; it's a complaint. Our mail has not been picked up for two Fridays in a row. This is not the first time, just another series in many times about Friday pickup. I have checks for suppliers EVERY FRIDAY and they are still here on Monday. They need to get out and delivered. Why is that? Don't they work on Fridays anymore?

Zero stars. No one answers the phone. I haven’t received a single piece of mail in two weeks. Not even the Tuesday junk mail!

I need to speak with someone in this post office because I am out of town trying to find out when a package I sent to my son will be delivered. The person I had to talk to was extremely rude. I needed to call back 3 hours after the employee told me the driver was on his way to the drop off location and no one would answer the phone. The package was supposed to be delivered at 10:30am. It is now 2.52pm and it still has not been delivered and I cannot find out any more information about when it might arrive. I has been out for delivery since 10:21am. What is the point of paying extra to have a package delivered early if it isn't and you can't get anyone to help you.

I put in a change of address 2 weeks ago and then I've not got one piece of mail and now what's worse is the stimulus check is coming out and I have no idea if I have got it at a different address or what?? No one will answer the phone so I guess I'm gonna have to go to the post office and find out why my change of address has not took effect yet?? I don't know if my check has been sent out or thrown in the garbage can or stolen?? Thanks post office for making my life miserable!!!!

I process mail for my Federal Agency; have been for years. For the past several weeks the mail has been left on the floor outside of the designated the Mail Room. It often gets kicked around the floor. The opening table is literally arms reach from where it is dropped. I get mail addressed to the Louisville Orchestra (twice) the other agencies such as The federal Court, Probation and Immigration. I know the guy is new but someone needs to ask this person to pat attention and do his job!

For over 8 months I have been getting other people's mail. I have NOT been getting all of my mail. I have missed appointments, not got my bills, so I had to call and then pay late fees, we have missed school enrollment papers. Many many times I see different faces delivering mail, many many times I chase the carrier down to give them other people's mail back. They are on their phones, chatting away, they are NOT listening or paying attention when I've tried to speak to them. I am absolutely sick of it. I will be contacting corporate office next!

I also couldn't get a hold of the post office by phone. I called a 800 number and made a complaint and then I got a letter from them. They obviously never answer their phone.

I have called the downtown post office now FOUR times and no one answers. I submitted a change of address two months ago due to moving from an apartment to a house and my previous landlord told me he is still getting mail at the apartment. I think it is ridiculous that I may have to physically go downtown to ensure my mail is forwarded. This should have been taken care of when I submitted the change online. I find it VERY inconvient that there is no one to answer the phones at the downtown location. Why even list a phone number if no one will answer?
