In the last month I have been receiving someone else’s mail to my address and apparently someone is getting mine, not understanding why this is happening? I have never had this problem in the 4 years I been here, I never received a package that company said was delivered to me now I’m wondering if they didn’t give to someone else. This needs to be corrected, we all get important letters some people may not take a person’s letters to their home like I do. Every letter has an address and mine is on the front of my building, please read the numbers and Street names.Help with this problem Thanks
This mail man/person, has constantly been giving us our neighbors mail. It has been happening since last year. Stacks of other people's mail. I don't like the thought of other people with my mail, even if the neighbors are nice enough to bring them to us.
I shop online frequently but I have all my packages delivered to my work now because before I did that my packages were lost constantly & when you try to locate them through the MLK post office, they could care less. They have actually delivered my packages to the wrong addresses (never received of course). It's happening again. I've had to have my packages delivered to my home because I am on vacation....guess what? I'm missing a package again! Friends & family that have other home branch post offices don't have this issue. So, what is the issue with the MLK post office!?! By the way, I cannot pick up my packages in person because I am disabled & cannot drive!
hello I have a problem with the clerks at these postal not knowing how to process international packages where I have to wait for a few days until someone who knows what she is doing comes to work or I take my packages to Clarksville in where all the clerks know how to do international mail.i just don't understand why these workers cant do this ,its what they get paid to do for years...so someone is not doing there job after im done writing you I will be writing the senator.thank you
I HAVE A MAIL BOX WITH A LID WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WHERE THE CARRIER THINKS THAT HE CAN LEAVE MY MAIL ON THE CJ PAPER HANDLES? IF HE THINKS IT ALL RIGHT TO DO SO AFTER HE WALKS UP THE STEPS TO DO THIS HE HAS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. NOW A LARGE PLASTIC BAG WITH MEDS BEING LEFT I POSSIBLE COULD UNDERSTAND ( IF IT WONT FIT IN MY MAIL BOX ). NOT MAIL LIKE LG&E BILLS, AND OTHER BILLS, SOME PUBLICATIONS. THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME THING, WHEN THIS IS DONE MAIL ( ALONG WITH BILLS ) THAT HAVE BLOWN DOWN AND ACROSS STREET AND WHO KNOWS WHERE ELSE IT WENT. I HAVE TO WALK BECAUSE I CAN'T DRIVE, HE IS SUPPLYED TRANSPORTATION. SXXXXXX AT LEAST WHEN MONTGOMRY AND ATLEAST THREE OTHERS DID LEAVE MAIL THE PROPER WAY.
