London postal service is the WORST. TWO DAYS IN A ROW, I've had packages that specifically said "do no bend" in big bold letters on the front. And what does our post-person do? Shove them in a nice, tight bend into our mailbox instead of actually doing a good job. Both of these were gifts for others. Today, the package was so stuck, it ripped when I had to yank it from the mailbox. I'd call and complain, but your office closes before I could get off work. If I get off in time any this week, you will be sure to hear from me.
I sent my DOL paperwork Priority mail on Aug 2 to the PO box and there is no record available....either it is IN the po box or on a shelf somewhere....this paperwork took tons of time and effort and I am on a time constraint by the DOL....pretty convenient that they don't get my medical paperwork....no one answered the phone for me either. I AM a postal clerk and I know the proper procedure...wish they used it at this post office. Yikes!!!
I applied for a Passport at this post office and when receiving it, it was wrong. This was not the post offices error, but when trying to call and make a appointment to get this corrected, there is no answer. They have the hours from 8:30 am. I don't understand why you have a contact #. When you call the # on the web sight, no one will answer. The voice mail then gives you another#. Same results no answer! Except this number doesn't have a voice mail box. So you can't leave a message. I have been trying both numbers since 8:30 am and have yet to speak to anyone. I called Another Post Office in London and got them first try, but they can't help me with my problem. I don't live in laurel Co. So this is very inconvenient. I am a former employee of the USPS and all I can say is this is bad business. I hope to never be affiliated with this post office again.
I have a priority mail package 9114901123086699850756 that y'all say is undeliverable per the USPS tracking system. Been trying to call for 2 hrs today to find out what's wrong to fix before you send it back. Please answer your phone! 606-864-1701 is what USPS has as your phone number. Thanks
I'd like to thank the agent at this office for being so incompetent at her job that it delayed my application process by a month and ruined my original plans. Should have seen a red flag when she had to pull out a binder so she knew what to do because she admitted she's never done the type of passport I was applying for (no fee government). Thanks, you ruined things for more than just me.
