Tried to send an e-mail earlier and it suddenly went away. Not going into all my problems at the Liberty Rd. mail storage facility again. Just close your doors. I do have one last confusing question though. Why do you get every single one of my bills to me with no problem but payments take forever. Just so I have to pay late fees and check cancellation charges????

Liberty Rd location in Lexington, KY-Lines out the door with only 1-2 employees helping customers. I needed something overnighted to Eastern KY and they said it would take three days….ended up taking four. For an in state delivery this is just insane. I’ll be going back for a full refund and just use UPS next time. What a joke! Also haven’t received my mail lately even though I get the email notifications

I paid for a 2 day delivery...now on day 6. Received messages saying it was out for delivery since 7:10am this morning. It’s now 8pm and I received a message stating my package had been forwarded to a diff address. I did not ask for this and cannot get a real person on the phone! This is ridiculous! If it weren’t for my broken foot, I would have chased the mailman down today asking if he forgot it. It is still showing that it’s out for delivery which I highly doubt. It’s been at the posts office literally 6-7min away from my house for 2 days!! I needed my package 4 days ago! Pay for shipping to get it faster just for It to not arrive and tomorrow will be day 7! Cannot get any answers or even speak to an actual person even calling the 1-800 number

Who ever was the carrier at 1789 Brewer Dr Lexington Ky 40505 on 6-11-2020 Delivered my neighbors mail on both sides of my house and drive past my house. They did not even stop at my mail box and pick up my mail. There were no cars parked in front of mail box. I have it all captured on my ring. My ex husband is a mail carrier and I believe is interfering with my mail delivery. I have been downloading images from my Security devices. There have been times my mail has been missing and also the mailbox left open during the rain so when I pick up my mail it’s all wet.

Our Senior facility follows the Covid19 guidelines and our front doors are now locked to ALL visitors. Our employee is at a desk directly inside the glass sliding doors so he can see all activity. The security guidelines are on a poster on the OUTSIDE of the door and one of the requirements is that ALL persons coming into the facility must have their temperature checked with a forehead thermometer. The USPS lady does that and she very efficiently handles all the mail for our 120+ residents. The USPS "man" refuses to allow us to use the forehead thermometer --and literally drops the mail inside our front door!!. Richmond Place employees (not USPO) have to literally scramble through the mail and THEY put the US Mail inside of non-secure (in-house) cuddies that are exposed to everyone in the hallway. Occasionally they get it right and sometimes they don't. My ex father-in-law was a Postal Inspector I learned a lot from him. I don't believe that the USPO mail"man" is correct in refusing the COVID19 Temp check and he is not right to simply drop the USPO containers on the floor (and then leave). Mostly, as a resident here, I believe that it may be a USPO/Federal offense for Richmond Place residents to handle all that personal mail. I would greatly appreciate a reply. Robert Seelbach Apt #144

I have not received my mail for TWO days, neither has my neighbor. (I’ve been getting her mail for her this week). I am at 225 Emilie Lane, Lexington, KY 40509. I tried calling the Liberty Road office, during office hours Saturday starting at 9:00. It is now 9:30, and no one is picking up the phone. This is RIDICULOUS.

Substitute carriers are not delivering our mail and/or leaving the tote in the main lobby of Lex. Clinic-Eagle Creek Med. buildings 100 & 120 N. Eagle Creek Drive. One scenario is as bad as the other - not receiving mail or leaving it in a very public place (a HIPPA issue). We have few issues with our regular carrier who follows our directions for delivery however substitute carriers seem have a problem with directions. It is extremely important the facilities involved receive mail on a consistent basis!

I am 7 months pregnant and today I was kicked out of the Liberty Road Station post office. I was threatened by the female Liberty Road Station supervisor with "Police Action" for seeking follow up customer service. Today I went to the Liberty Road Station post office 2041 Creative Dr #100, Lexington, KY 40505 (which I patronize often) to receive a refund of $64.60 that I was verbally promised on December 29, 2016 by a supervisor named Jeff. I had shipped a package Dec. 14 with the guarantee that my package would arrive to it's destination by Christmas. Well - it didn't arrive by Christmas - in fact it didn't arrive until January 2017! On December 29 I drove to the post office, stood in line and talked to a worker named Charles. He said he didn't know how to handle the situation so he went to get his supervisor, Jeff. After looking at my receipt Jeff said I would receive a refund of $64.60 once there was confirmation that the package was delivered. Didn't make sense to me but he ASSURED me three times that if I returned with a receipt and proof that the package had been delivered I would recieve my refund (Tip: Get everything is writing - rookie mistake on my part). Today, January 25, 2017, with proof of delivery, I went to get my promised refund. Again, Charles was there. He, again, didn't know what to do so he went to get a supervisor. She had a brown bob, light blue glasses, purple shirt, black vest, 50/60s. She said I was not entitled to a refund. I said "Jeff guaranteed I would get a refund" to which she responded "Well, he's new, he doesn't know what he's talking about - he's not here today". I again stated "I was promised a refund". I have a photo on my phone of the USPS advertisement that says "Money Back Guarantee to Certain destinations" - I even asked the original worker when I mailed the package if it would arrive by Christmas - she said "Yes ma'am, you got in just under the wire!" Brown bob said I mailed it in the wrong format and that I was not entitled to a refund and that the destination I mailed it to didn't count for a money back guarantee. I pursued more information. I asked questions. I said "this is gross incompetence" (Definition: Willingly misleading a client or failing to look out for the client's best interest). She then said, "THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER GET OUT OR I AM CALLING THE POLICE". Charles just stood there looking embarrassed. Another older blonde worker with glasses just stared blankly ahead. Had I heard correctly? She had just threatened to call the police on a woman who is 7 months pregnant for wanting customer service? Are you kidding me? I got my phone out to go call the 800 number she reluctantly gave me to pursue the matter further- she said I wasn't allowed to call from inside the building or she was CALLING THE POLICE. I was just standing there about to use my phone. Not making a scene - not raising my voice. Utterly in shock. Don't tax payers pay for that building? Anyway, she threatened to call the police on me several times because she didn't want to help me. I called the 800 # and spoke with a really kind representative and got a case number. I am waiting to hear back from someone regarding what happened. Don't patronize this location if you can help it. They will humiliate you if you question them. They don't do a good job or care if they do a good job. Each worker has a different idea of how things operate and that's what caused my issue. This was the third time I drove from my home to this post office for assistance regarding this matter and got different information each time. I really wish I had made a video of the extremely irrational performance the "supervisor" gave because of a paying customer seeking customer service. I am deeply dissatisfied and embarrassed. I will not be back to this location.
