My mail is being forwarded to another address against my wishes. Who do I see about fixing this. I believe my carrier is responsible for this.

My packages were suppose to be delivered today, where are they? You people have done me this way the last 3-5 months, everytime I have a package due on a particular day, someone holds my package, stuff, whatever for a few extra days, this is BS. I am not using the USPS for nothing anymore, this is it for me, you've got nothing but a bunch of sorry people working for the USPS.

Dear postmaster general, I am sending this message to make a comment, the USPS delivers 167,300,000 parcels a day, what I am proposing is a postage stamp rate hike from .34 cents to .50 cents for each stamp, this rate hike would be 167,300,000 parcels times .16 cents (the proposed rate hike) equalling $26,768,000 a day in added revenue for the USPS, thank you and have a great day.

My priority Express package has been at the Lexington distribution center since 3:35 yesterday afternoon with no further updates as to why it is not being delivered to Livingston today. I signed up for texting updates and have not heard a thing for almost 24 hours why is that. And I can't seem to get through to anyone on any phone number to ask. Extremely frustrated with customer service if you could even call

I live in the Lexington zip code of 40509. My mail is picked up and delivered by postal workers at the Liberty Road location. For some reason I am being driven crazy by lost mail and completely unacceptable long delivery time. When I mail my bills out even earlier than should be required not all are delivered on time or lost forever. I should not in these instances be responsible for late payment fees and check cancellation charges. This is a request by a tax paying citizen of Lexington, Ky. for an explanation and correction of this unacceptable situation. I have no doubt that this request will be lost also.

I live on a court with less then 8ft frontage and went outside to get mail directly from carrier because I had a repair service at my home limiting space to my mailbox. The carrier blatantly ignored me and spun out of the court even as I was yelling at her because the service company truck was not allowing her enough space to deliver my mail - however she chose not to deliver the two neighbors that were not blocked and had adequate space. I remember when postal carriers had to walk the route - but she was in a US Postal van. I am so tired of people being rude and unkind. No wonder the US Postal Service is almost out of business.

One question why does the mail go from Lexington Distribution to Knoxville Distribution back to Lexington Distribution? Seems like a waste of time to me.

To whom this may concern, I live at 3616 Royster Rd Lexington, KY 40516. We have several packages delivered to our house. For the last 2 1/2 yrs the postman would bring the packages and put them on the front porch. Not sure what changed but about 2 months ago we have had 4 or 5 packages that have been dropped at the mailbox or on the ground by the mailbox and even found one package actually laying on the edge of the road. This will not work! Please advise that any package that won't fit into the mailbox be delivered to the fro nt porch. Thanks Rick Curran

I sent out a letter in the mail in march along with a charm bracelet bracelet in it. I was wondering where it is? It hasn’t arrived at the house I sent it to and it hasn’t been mailed back to my apartment complex. I can’t track it cause I don’t have a tracking number. Please email me. Thank you.

The postman that delivers in the Gainesway Maddenhurst ct area is the nicest and best postman we have had in our 30 years here? And we especially appreciate his delivery during the Coronavirus period. Thanks whoever you are!

I am trying to track a book mailed by Amazon. They do not issue a tracking number. You refuse to track any package without a tracking number. How do you expect me to find out the status of the sent book?

I was driving down man o war at about 10:20 this morning. I look in my mirror to see one of these mail trucks lunging at me, a foot from my bumper doing 45. I guess the speed limit wasn't good enough. I started slowing down to where I almost stopped traffic to get this dangerous driver off my rear. Truck 0210240. Be careful if you see one of these guys. They don't care about the lives of others

I have been trying to get in contact with someone about my mail. 1. I keep receiving other people’s mail after they have put in a change of address 2. I have moved to Kansas City, Missouri and I need my all of KU, American Water, LexServ, and Gas bills to go back to the original address. But, if I do a change of address all of my mail will be going back to Lexington,Ky. How do I fix this issue.

I don't really have a review. Rather, I've been trying to find someone to speak to regarding a large, red, bubble envelope I mailed from Nandino yesterday to Cincinnati, OH. I put the wrong address on it including the wrong zip code. Is there anyone I can call to see if a correction is possible at this point. In tracking the package no information was available in relation to my problem. I did find out that it left Lexington at 7:21 last night (2/6/19). Can you help?

We're in the business of delivering each others mail on Auburn Cf. I had my neighbors water bills for days and didn't realize it until I opened it to pay it. I often receive mail for people not on my street. It's a mess. Back in the day the one thing you could depend on was the USPS but not anymore.

The mail carrier that delivers mail to masterson station is one of the rudest vial hateful inconsiderate people I have every came across. I’ve had 3 items broken, mail thrown on the ground, cussed at when asking her to not walk on the grass and can’t even talk to a person about this!

I have been trying to track a package for a month that got delivered to the post office and not the original destination. I have called 3 post offices in Lexington and have not been able to talk to one person. That's ridiculous! When I called the overall usps number it told me there was an hour to an hour and a half wait; again, ridiculous! I need someone to get in touch with me to find my package.

Expecting an important package. Tracking information told me it was placed in mailbox. If an honest neighbor hadn't walked it over, it would be lost or received too late. Lived here for over fifteen years. Careless.

I live in the 300 block of Linden Walk. Today, when I was walking down the sidewalk I stopped to pick up a piece of trash. It wasn't trash--it was a letter addressed to me, and it was an important letter. I'm shocked at the carelessness of the postal delivery person!

That's what I'd like to know. I've been on the phone for hours trying to talk to someone at the Nandino office to find out about testing, but no use!!... I live an hour away, but can drive there before I'd actually talk to a human being...... Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
