There are only 3 residences on my street. My mailbox's flag for outgoing mail was up and I watched the postal delivery employee drive right by without picking up a very important piece of mail to be delivered to the Secretary of State. It is Saturday at 9:50 and I am forced to get in the car, drive through the rain, to do the job this employee couldn't manage to do. What do I need to do to make it more obvious for the employee? Very unsatisfied right now.
