The 1-800 number is useless for reporting downed cluster mail boxes after business hours. Why can't I get hold of a live person to do so? I was trying to notify my local post office after business hours. Of no one answered. So I tried the 1-800 number. I couldn't even be connected to a live person.

Didn't get my delivery due to a concrete truck blocking my driveway...the driver was in the truck and could have moved. This is unacceptable. Guess the driver didn't feel like taking it to my front porch??

The Retail clerk, #06 was awesome helping me ship a package this week where I made a mistake on the labeling. He corrected it, answered all my many questions patiently and helped me get the best shipping for my money. Great service! Thanks!

I never received my package sent by my son in Alaska. I live at the Mill and just because the office there is closed to receive business the postmen and women have used that as an excuse to not deliver to the apartment addresses. No excuse!

This has happened more than once. I get my mail out of my box only to find my outgoing mail was not picked up! Please encourage postal workers to pay attention to what they are supposed to be doing.

For the past 6 - 8 years, mail delivery to 701 Shoshoni Trail, Georgetown, KY has been arriving at 6 PM or later. I have called the postmaster at least four times concerning this situation but there has not been any resolution. Thank you

I put some bills in the mailbox today, 4/7/2018. And when the mailman came about 4:30 or so, I went out to get my mail, and the bills I put in my mailbox was included in my incoming mail. Is mail picked up on Saturday? This is the second time I have found my outgoing mail in with my incoming mail. Fortunately, I was able to catch the mailman and give him my outgoing mail, but now I wonder if my payment will get to my creditors. And envelopes were stamped and had return addresses on them. I am sending this for documentation in the event my creditors do not receive my payment.

Your postal delivery person who is delivering to The Colony Subdivision has twice this week delivered me some one else’s mail. On Weds 2/14/18 I received my next door neighbors mail. There was not one letter in the mailbox addressed to me. I left it in the mailbox and put up the flag for outgoing mail. I checked my mail this evening 2/16/18 & my neighbors mail was picked up, but to my astonishment the the postal service delivery person delivered mail that was addressed to a different street. I can understand getting my next door neighbors mail, once every year, but receiving someone else’s mail addressed to a street and subdivision located in another subdivision a mile away is absolute incompetence. I should have received my pay stub and earnings report from company by this Weds 2/14- it’s Friday evening 2/16 and it’s no where to be found. I have not received any mail addressed to me in 3 days. I have a sneaky suspicion that my mail has been delivered to someone else- who will carelessly open it, read it, realize it’s not their mail and then toss it. Thanks Georgetown Postal Service for hiring incompetent postal delivery Persons who don’t check the address before putting it in the mailbox. We take for granted the fact that we trust you to see to it that our personal identity and private information is safe with your employees and that it will be properly delivered to the rightful person. Please hire competent employees who can ensure that our mail is delivered to us promptly and properly.
