Postal Locations

I’m having a difficult time with this post office losing my mail in a regular basis. Im a small business owner, and the number of lost packages originating from this post office location is enough to effectively end my business. A pay thousands of dollars to ship with USPS, and the complete lack of customer service is repulsive. I have filed claims repeatedly and heard nothing back on any of it. Every time I have a package lost, it’s always when I e shipped it through this location. My packages are scanned as accepted (they are given to the cashier in person, by me), then marked as “left usps location” but then disappears into the void forever. Surely this inept post office can see what truck my packages left on, and perhaps find out where they are stuck. Everything is time stamped, and I know if the USPS even gave a crap and took the time to look in this, they’d immediately find out what’s up. Again, was 12 packages sent on the same day, at the same,post office, and all of the, are now lost. What an epic fail for you guys. I wish I had another set of hands to give ya even more thumbs down.
