We experience mail delivery issues that appear to be happening for a long time now. We on a weekly basis receive other peoples mail from our neighborhood as well as from others in other parts of the city. I even frequently receive a stack of junk mail that are for many other people. We once received a delivery of someone's medication which we hand delivered to them so they didn't have any issues do to not having their medication. We have neighbors hand delivering to us as well however non of us work for USPS. Other carriers deliver to us successfully every week. USPS fails us and many others almost daily.

Not happy about the service here. When i moved to my home 4 years ago we had problems from the start. I have been working with post office to resolve. Yet i constantly get others mail and others get mine. Packages are constantly misdelivered. I have reached out to the postmaster an abundant amount of times but nothing changes. I refuse to send anything important in the outgoing mail anymore. Not sure who else to talk to because i have gona above & beyond to address this locally but the lack of care is getting ridiculous.

This is the second complaint I have filed about other people getting my mail. I was assured last time it wouldn't happen again but it has happened continuously since with my glasses being delivered to the wrong complex, my boyfriends package today and many more. We recently had a medical bill sent to collections because we never received the original bill in the mail which now I'm sure is due to our mail carrier...I AM NOT HAPPY!!!
