I mailed some rare photos to a friend in Montana. The postmaster at the Rose Hill Post Office suggested I add $1 for tracking because of the value and rarity of the photos. Fortunately, I followed her advice as there was a mix-up in Montana and my friend didn't know they were sitting unclaimed in the Montana post office. Because of the tracking I was able to notify him and they are now safely in his possession. Thank you for your VALUABLE advice!
