this is the homes again complaining about our delivery. It has been 2 days since we have received any mail. Everyone is complaining that they have bills to received and pay. Have had mail put out for those 2 days and now worried they are going to have to pay a late fee. At first it got better and now its back to the same old thing. and there is a holiday again on Monday so it has to wait until Tuesday. Thanks for listening Karen Anver 108 Viewcrest Dr Kansas city Kansas 66101 phone # 816-244-7337

your site shows a pkg i've been expecting to be delivered per your tracking site shows pkg delivered today I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PKG EVEN THO YOUR SITE SAYS I DID!! DON'T KNOW WHY YOUR CARRIER SAID IT WAS. You need to question this carrier and asked what he did with my pkg and why he lied about it.

Today around 1:45 PM, a postal gal with brunette braids, that I've never seen before, left my medicare magazine on the floor under the mail slots for the apartment dwellers. She didn't knock on my door, which was outside the mail slots or roll it up and place it in my mail slot. How disrespectful whereas any of the tenants could have walked over it or trashed it.Poor service!

I sent a certified envelope with return receipt from Topeka, KS, on Monday, January 25, 2021, to the Social Security Administration. I saw that it arrived on Thursday, January 28, 2021. I paid $2.85 for the return receipt, but I never received it. I waited three weeks because of of the brutally cold winter weather in February. Finally, I filed a complaint on Thursday, February 25, 2021. Two days later, I finally received a call from an customer service agent. She said it was the fault of the S.S.A., not the U.S.P.S., that I didn't receive the green return receipt postcard. She said that because of Covid-19 restrictions, the carrier could not get a signature. I told her that was not true. There was no signature restriction. I further told her that in August, 2020, I sent a certified envelope with return return and it came back to me with the carrier's initials as "agent" and in "Received by" it had "COVID 19". Suddenly, she said, "Well, not all carriers do what they are supposed to". I paid for a service that I did not receive. Had I known this would happen, I would never have requested and paid for the service. When I asked her how to go about getting a refund, she acted like there was no way to get a refund. I am very disappointed in the U.S.P.S. No wonder they are having such difficulties. Their service is very poor and they will not admit their failures or doing anything to resolve their errors in the favor of their customers. I put my trust in the U.S.P.S. and feel as though they have betrayed my trust. I have filed subsequent requests for a refund, but have not heard anything yet. Anytime I have purchased a few 1 cent stamps, the U.S.P.S. always expected my pennies to pay for them. I believe I have the right to expect a refund of $2.85. At least in Topeka, you can get about a gallon and half of gasoline for that amount. It's not worth it to throw $2.85 away for a service I paid for and never received because a mail carrier failed to do his/her job properly.

9400108205497345539183 First you pass my package back and forth between KC KS and KC MO. several times, then MIS SEND it to WARRENSBERG MO where it sets for 6 days, and now I read it has passed through DENVER CO. LENEXA is in KANSAS, 66215 is in KANSAS. THAT'S SOME GAME you are playing! And you wonder why people think the USPS is a JOKE!!
