There is a relatively new 500,000 sq ft processing and distribution center near Edgerton. It is there because 6 - 7 years ago an intermodal facility was built northeast of Edgerton. That is probably where many of people's packages are, not at this post office.

I have a PRIORITY MAIL package accepted by USPS in Memphis, TN on December 10. It arrived in Edgerton, Kansas on December 17 and as of today (December 29) it has sit there and not moved for 12 days. The post office's self-imposed deadline for PRIORITY MAIL Christmas delivery was December 19 and this PRIORITIY MAIL package was accepted by the post office 9 days before the deadline. So much for delivering the Christmas mail!

I also have a package that’s been sitting there for over a week. No one answers. Submitted a help ticket. I hope with so many people with packages stuck that someone is looking into this. My local postmaster said he has personal packages stuck there too!

Not happy, my package has been sitting since 12/13. I only live an hour away. There is absolutely no excuse why my package has been sitting at this facility this long. That is absolutely unacceptable and told ignorant. Unhappy Customer, Julie Sams

NOT IMPRESSED - I sent a package on the 14th - has been sitting in Eggerton KS for 6 days now - so much for Christmas! I followed the dates per the Post office and the only spot that can't get it right is Eggerton - it flew over the Pacific Ocean in half the time that it has been sitting there! Soo disappointed and extremely distraught that my package is lost in limbo - presents for little ones who wont be able to open!

Purchased a package on 11/30. Was shipped the following day. Has now been 23 days and still no package. The tracking says it’s at this facility. Was told it would arrive between 12/8 and 12/10. No it’s 3 days until Christmas and it still hasn’t left this facility.

sent a package from Fort Worth, Tx on 12/8/20 we did priority 3-6 days. Itarrived here at Edgerton, KS on 12/13/20 and then was shipped to Kansas City, KS on 12/14/20 and then back to Edgerton, KS on 12/17/20. It should have been shipped to our location in Marion, KS that’s only 2 hours away from edgerton. It’s been sitting in Edgerton, KS for days now. At this point we are pissed, this location sucks at getting the job down. Can’t blame it on covid and the over flow of packages since it’s been 2 weeks since we sent it. Ridiculous. Might as well have my elderly grandpa go pick it up he can probably get the job done faster than these people.

I mailed a package from the Brookridge Overland Park KS branch on 12/17/20 and it appears to be stuck in Edgerton KS for the past couple of days. It was supposed to be in Redlands CA today and they haven't been contacted. Please advise. Tracking number 9505 5148 6733 0352 6802 19. mailed a package Dec 7th from NH, service is horrible, today is the 20th did not receive yet. Don't blame virus or more packages than usual, hire more people. It is stuck in Edgerton for 5 days. Absolutely horrific. I had two packages within a week, Amazon and Fedex. Never again will I use the Post Office.

Ive watched my package get delayed for 8 days in the City of Commerce CA. Then it was delayed several days in St Louis MO. Then sent to Edgerton KS. Left Edgerton on 12/16/2020 at 7:41 pm. Its a 55 minute drive to Topeka KS. Yet here it is 12-18-2020 at 4:21pm and still no package. Find it and call me so i can do your job by delivering it to myself. The delays are being recorded as a crime. Willful delay of mail. Up to 5 years in prison for that. You have 24 hours.

Been watching my package for two weeks been bumped around to and from your facility but it's never getting sent out for delivery. Did you lose it or are you just all lazy?
