I'm getting the neighbors mail. Wondering if someone else is getting mine.

My mail delivery person left a bulk package on my trash receptacle which is by the road rather than placing it on my front steps. I hope this is not how all your postal workers handle packages. From now on I would like all packages placed on my front porch not on the trash receptacle by the edge of the road where it could be stolen by anyone passing by. I am very unhappy about how my package was left. We also have issues of getting mail for someone on a different road and have to do the mail carriers job due to it being someone's government check or mailed prescriptions.
