I understand all of the complaints on this site for the service or lack of. However you need to know both sides of this story. Granted the supervisors and if there is a postmaster are not doing their jobs. For instance, new carrier gets partly trained on a route then gets moves to a new one to train then gets put on a route they have never had any training. Your mail is late? The carriers are working 10-12 hours daily with no off days. I thought this was illegal??? This office needs more help of the ones that sit in the nice warm office need to get outside and help deliver. If the routes are too long maybe someone needs to make them make sense. If there is a post master here they are the ones that need to lose their job. I used to work at the post office and at that time supervisors knew what they were doing! The pay is decent and I'm sure management is doing pretty well. Where is the union in all of this mess???

Forget calling the phone number. They never answer it.

This post office needs new management and drivers. They have lost several of my packages and returned properly addressed mail to the sender. My current package is listed as not delivered on my Informed Delivery page, yet told my husband it was delivered. I called to inquire and they told me it wasn't delivered, placed me on hold to look into it and then hung up on me. I repeatedly tried to call back to inquire about my missing mail. They have also returned mail to me over the last 3 weeks as "undeliverable" for unknown reasons.

I wanted to commend the postal worker at the Wanamaker, Indiana PO. His name is Randy. He answered the phone yesterday and I told him my dilemma of my annual gift to a dear friend ( which was already late by 2 days) that was not due to be delivered until today. Unfortunately my friend would not receive because she was leaving town today. He ask me to call back in 20 minutes and he would see if he could find it. He did and I was able to arrange for her husband to pick up before leaving town. I know it is a busy and crazy time of year but I wanted someone to know how much I appreciated Randy going the extra steps to get my friends gift to her before leaving town. Thanks Randy and Merry Christmas to all the postal workers! Betty K

Tracking Number: 9361289690090828463856 I still have not received my package. The office doesn't receive packages, the HUB would reject the number - If it did go into a locker in the hub, I have never received a code to retrieve it. The local Post Office says they left it at the office. The office says they don't receive packages. The company that sent it can only go by the tracking number. The building number is on the address. There was no key in the mailbox where it could have been delivered at my address.

I live on lagrotte Dr., We use the PO have a carrier named Carla but for some reason she hasn't been delivering he mail lately. Since the change I keep getting my neighbor mail. The flag is up and he doesn't pick up what's in the box and my mail smells like cigarettes. My mail use to get here about noon, now it's 430 or later. I'm wondering if I'm missing mail since I seem to be getting everyone else's. The service has gone down hill since losing Carla.
